Eria let out a great breath as she turned toward the others, her smile in place as she shrugged. "Guess they decided to believe me, so no more worries for you, Kali!" Eria stated.
"Since there's four of us now, I'll party with Kali while you two watch each other's backs. Now, its on to Δ Bursting Conceived Masking! They were even nice enough to put us in Delta server, so lets go!" she finished with far more energy enthusiasm then she felt. She didn't like what was going on at all. Something was weird. "Oh!" she paused. "I guess we should wait for Odin, huh?"

Odin had been ported out in exactly the same position that he had been in when in the Admin's room, but due to his 'offline' status, now remained suspended in that position, despite the fact that his character was unsupported. Then there was a small flare of colour in his eyes, and he stumbled slightly, catching himself in his typical haphazard manner. He looked at Eria, then sent yet another message over the shoutbox,"I'm back. I just had to sort out a problem with the fan in my room." He then took note of the fact that what was originally one party had split into two. He responded in kind,"I'm guessing this means that we'll be your 'vanguard' in the next area? It will also give us the chance to split up and look at both the field and dungeon areas in half the time. Not a bad idea." He placed his hands behind his head, then stretched his legs a bit,"However, I'm really going to have to log out after we've done this, and for more than one reason."
"Wait guys i got a call..." he got his headset off, then answered the phone, in 'The World' it could be heard his nodding, then the sound of the phone crashing into the ground, he slowly sitted down again, and put his headset on again "......." he looked to the chaos gate "....Let's go...." he started walking silently, then put the keywords in the Chaos Gate, and gated to the area

Toshiro looked at her with a smirk then silently stood up and followed her lead. "No, you shouldn't trust me. You probably shouldn't evne hang around me. I don't even know for sure why I brought you here when this is also the place..." Toshiro fell silent. "Never mind, thats not important. I don't expect you to all of suddenly tell me your life problems. I suppose on my part its more of guilt that led me to brining you here more than any other reasons. I suppose I am just too helpful to people now a days. I might help out people or attempt to, but I never do trust them either. So when it comes to trusting each other the feeling is mutual." Toshiro finished as he walked a bit faster to pass infront of Avantha. He then turned around and walked backwards looking at Avantha expectently, waiting on a reply.

Odin nodded at Seige, watching as he gated out of Mac-Anu, then turned around and sat down on the steps leading down towards the marketplace. Was he there to gather his thoughts? No, not really. If anything he just wanted to sit down and ponder for a little while. He had been playing the game for a while now, yet nothing as odd as what was happening at this particular moment in time had ever taken place beforehand even on a small scale, well, as far as he could remember. If it had done then he'd probably felt it would be best to leave it be. What he found to be the most disconcerting part of this whole situation was the way in which he'd already been swept up in it like dust being vaccumed up by a street sweeper. It made him feel quite dirty. Shuddering at this thought, he began to wonder how the other members he'd met were coping with these events.
Though it had to be said, what puzzled him the most was they way in which only his character seemed to have suffered from the encounter with the bugged monster. Granted it had been slightly weird beforehand, but the amplification of the issues with his PC caused by it surely should have affected the other people who got attacked by it, even if it only served to amplify faults with their own PCs. More confused now than he had been at the start, he rapped his head a few times, calmed himself down, then stood up and walked over to the Chaos Gate, warping to the area that the others had gone to; Δ Bursting Conceived Masking.

Eria watched Seige and Odin go before smiling. She turned to Kali and grabbed her hand. "Come on, Kali! We can't get left behind. Let's go!" Eria finished with giggle as she pulled the (likely) startled girl to the Chaos gate and gated with her to the area.
The two appeared in the area just behind Odin and Seige. "There, now we can begin, I guess. But where should we look? The field is huge..." Eria said as she looked around.

(I'm sorry. Something came up over the weekend and I couldn't really get on. Work scheduled me to work more than I usually do, so I was trying to use my spare time to work on getting my book published. This week also has me working more than I usually do, but since I'm done with all of my class projects and most tests I should have more spare time again. I'll update this post in a bit.)
"Whoa, wait a second," said Kali, grabbing the others to stop them from leaving. "I'm not so sure I want to get caught up in all of this. I'm just here to play a game and have some fun, not be part of some servant group for the admins. Yea, I kind of do want to know what is going on with that girl, but this is all just a bit more than I want to put up with."
She turned away and was about to warp out, but was interrupted when the screen flashed with a white haze. A loud, almost static-like noise invaded the field around her, seeming to eliminate every other noise for a brief moment.
"What the hell is that?!" she yelled, dropping to her knees and covering her ears, but by the time she had spoken the noise was already gone.
"Well if you're not trying to get me to say anything then why are you still following me?" asked Avantha, giving no effort to hide her annoyance. She kept her pace fast as Toshiro followed her, but for some reason she was reluctant to warp out. She didn't know why, but part of her was curious to see what it was that this boy wanted. "So if I am here because of some false sense of guilt," she said, "then what the hell is it you are guilty of? Or are you trying to make me guilty because I insulted you or left you for dead in that dungeon?"

HIs face was creepy, he never acted like that. he started walking to the east "Odin and i will check east and north, you check south and west, then we will check the dungeon...." he said with a sad but otherwise creepy voice, then started walking "Start moving!"

I never way the feel that again,"she replied, looking around. Seige didn't seem to notice it, either. Was he too far away? Or did he simply not care? Eria didn't worry about it either way as she turned to Kali. "Well, I can understand not wanting to do this. We've had a few second thoughts too... But I want answers, and I feel that I may find some. So I smile and press on. Will you, Kali?" she finished smiling kindly.

Odin had apparently heard the noise as well, but to a much lesser degree than either Kali or Eria. What he seemed to be most bothered about was the fact that his screen was blurry, and that the area's graphics-in his eyes-looked choppy and broken, as if something had been on a rampage in the are just moments before. After walking a few feet, he heard yet another loud burst of static, followed by a high-pitch ringing, and the area seemed to fix itself. Wondering if this was simply due to lag, he decided to shrug it off and follow Seige.
Toshiro stopped dead in his tracks and looked down at the ground. The mood in the air of non caring changed immediately. "what I am guilty of is non of your concern it does not involve you. I'm sorry for having to put it that way, but even if I were to tell you about it you would never believe me. Also i rather not get anyone involved in this matter so that things won't repeat themselves. I am not angry with you for leaving me in that dungeon. I can handle myself." he paused and look up at her smiling. "but the point of this area is to relax and have fun not to think of things like that." he said cheerfully revealing that same goofy grin. He then grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the water. "come on! You will love this." toshiro said as he dragged the reluctant girl along with him. He paused only for a moment to look back at her and give her a goofy grin as usual. "the graphics are really good aren't they?"

"You mean you're wondering why the admins reset it like that." He said as they walked deeper. He thought he saw a crack for the briefest moment, but the next second it was gone. Eyes must be getting tired from looking at a screen so much. "Let's stop for a second. I need to rest my eyes." D-=Scythe leaned against a wall while James rubbed his eyes. Do I tell him or not? Might as well, there's no real reason not to. If the admins don't stop this it could become a problem that the whole World has to deal with. "Fine, I'll tell you what I found and why I think the admins reset the dungeon. A hallway had been stripped of it's programmed uh what are they called graphics or something. No that doesn't sound right. The word's escaped me at the moment. But the point is, past that hallway the dungeon seemed normal enough, asides from one other wall that had been hacked and was showing a triangle, which as you know is the symbol for the Delta server, and the words Quiet Eternal Nothingness. That's better, I think we can get going again." Deathscythe fell in step behind Gibken. "So after a short break, which I now regret taking, I went to that field. Inside of it's dungeon was a strange monster, it's name was spelled L V E A T H N. At first I thought it was supposed to be the word leviathan, y'know the great sea monster? But I'm starting to think that that really is it's name and it's some sort of bug that's traveling through The World. It certainly didn't look like any monster I've ever seen before. And what I think the admins are doing, is trying their best to ignore the problem and hope it goes away."
After they had traveled a bit more and he noticed the cracks more and more often he sighed, "It seems we may have stumbled onto the next place Lveathn is going to appear. I wonder if it's just showing up here on Delta or if this is just the only server it's activities have been noticed in. I suppose that would make sense given that this is the most highly populated of the servers." She turned to Gibken and he apologised, "Oh, sorry about that. I don't mean to ignore you, I just sometimes think aloud."

"I...um...yea, "said Avantha as she was pulled to the edge of the cliff. "It...it is nice." She stood still, staring out across the sea and taking the scene in, but after a moment pulled her hand away and turned around. "But I don't have time for this," she said. "I've got more important things I need to worry about. Some of us don't have the luxury of playing this game for fun. I'm...I'm sorry."
Without another word, Avantha warped out of the field. But unlike a normal player, she did not return to a root town. Instead she arrived in the field Δ Bursting Conceived Masking. She looked around before letting off a small sigh.
"Well," she said. "According to the readings it should be here. Which means he's not going to be very far behind."
She took a step forward, but stopped when she walked into someone. It was Toshiro: she had forgotten she was still in a party with him and had taken him along with her.
"Somehow I have the feeling that this isn't going to give us the answers we want," said Kali. "Those admins didn't seem very talkative. I think I'm better off finding out about this girl on my own."
She took a few steps forward, her head aimlessly searching around, before flashing Eria a small smile. "Besides, I don't follow orders very well," she said. She was about to warp out when something across the field caught her eyes--something unlike anything she had seen before in the game. "Wait a second," she said, before running off into the distance.
"Hmm?! Hey, wait!!" Eria yelled as Kali took off across the field. Though she couldn't see whatever it was that Kali saw, it wasn't hard to realize that she must of seen what they were going after. Eria didn't even wait to see if Odin was following as she took off after the girl. It was never a good idea to let a Wavemaster charge into something alone.

Don't follow orders well... yeah, I can relate to that... Eria thought to herself with a smile as she followed. But sometimes, following them is the perfect means to your end.

Toshiro looked at her confused. "Um, I don't think you ment to take me along, did you?" He said while frowning. "Don't worry about it I can handle myself you would be surprised. However what I was leading you to was another unique thing in that area, there is a cave there down below the cliff..." toshiro trailed off again recieving that distant look in his eyes. "Why did you warp here?" he asked abruptly in an unusual tone. "And what exactly is going to be here acording to your readings?" Toshiro asked in an unreadable tone of voice.

Gibken shook his head to the side. "Nah. It's alright, but that's kind of weird don't ya think? I mean if there's a weird monster like that, don't you think the admins would have done more than just reset the area?"
They went down to the next floor, hoping to not expect anything out of the ordinary. "Well anyways hold on, imma use a Fairy's Orb."
Riki opened up his PC's menu to use a Fairy's Orb.
Fairies are scanning the area for portals and treasure!
The map on his screen updated with the information. "6 Monster portals, and one treasure chest...Wait a minute! That's odd. There's no other floor and the treasure chest isn't showing as a Gott Statue!"
He looked over to Deathscythe and spoke out, "Can you see this too?!"
"Yeah, I can see it. In that dungeon that got reset I had to use a fairy's orb to reveal a hidden passage in one of the rooms. We'll just have to try that same thing in every room or at least the ones that look like they should have a hallway attached but don't." James started his recorder. "I can't say for sure, but I think the admins or at least the players they've recruited are going to show up soon. I want to be the first to see the room this time." He sighed. "But there is someone I should let know that something's happening here. She'll kill me if she discovers I've hid anything from her. Well she'll probably kill me for other stuff anyways, but yeah."

I've discovered errors at Delta: Bursting Conceived Masking. I thought they might be connected to what you were looking into so I figured you should know.
"I agree with you by the way. If the admins knew about the bug they should be doing more than covering it's tracks. But I don't think they, or at least the majority of them, actually know about Lveathn. In any case, back to our investigation. Come along Watson."

Dumbfounded, Gibken chased after the PC. "Errr... yeah I guess. Anyways I guess our best bet is to just open all of the portals first and see if there are like any monsters that have corrupted data, like that LVEATHN monster you were talking about."
They continued to walk through the rooms, going towards the portals.
"Hey, I don't know if this actually works, but I read on the forums that if you center your camera at the right angle while viewing the wall on some areas, you can see like corrupted data scripts or something. You wanna try it?"
Odin read through the brief flash-mail, then pondered over what to do in response to this; should he go over and help them, or should he choose to stick with Seige indefinitely? In this case it was all a question of necessity. If What Kali had found was going to be seen as a threat, his help would probably be valued to some small degree, whereas if it weren't, there would be no point in aiding them. He decided to compromise, and sent a flash mail to Seige;

Hey, I've decided that it would probably be best if each one of us covers one part of the map; I'll take the side east of the dungeon, you take the side to the west of the dungeon.
D-=Scythe shrugged, "Sure, let's give it a try." While they were looking at a wall he asked, "Do you dislike being called Watson?" I wonder why it's only at certain angles that they're visible. Will they become more obvious the longer this goes on.
