((I feel super behind in this RP… I wonder why.))
Chiaki’s mood had elevated since the morning by the time he returned home from his classes. He threw his backpack onto his bed and grabbed for his M2D. Chiaki slipped the goggles on over his head and signed in carefully, he hated messing up his password. Voltic first appeared in his inbox, which was empty as usual. He then checked the forums and noted that there was an area that was glitched earlier in the day, but the posts that were more recent clocked it as “back to normal.” ‘I guess I always miss out on the fun, huh?’ Voltics avatar now appeared in Mac Anu, his force shut down had returned him to Mac Anu. He searched around; for early evening, Mac Anu was empty. “Anyone need a third member? I’m willing to help!” Voltic cried through the root town.

Odin looked at the PM, then at Seige,"Y'know, you could've just said that in Party Chat, or better still out loud." He then sighed, turning back to Kali,"So you say that your friend disappeared behind this wall? He looked at the wall, then at the graphics on the side of the wall,"Now that you mention it, they do seem out of place, almost as if the wall was copied and pasted from another area..." He then placed his hand on his chin, thinking deeply for a few seconds,'Now, if I was going to do something like that to hide my trail, what sort of program would I u-' Then it hit him like a ton of bricks,"Aha! What she's done is set up a firewall inside the dungeon. That being said, it's not like I know how to break it, but at least we now have a better idea of what it is that we might be dealing with." He then began pondering again,"The type of virus that's best for breaking through this defense would be a Trojan... so anyone have any idea how we can replicate that in this dungeon?"

James logged back into The World, not long after logging off. He was greeted immediately by several messages. Most were unhelpful responses to his question regarding Avantha. He noticed a message from someone named Toshiro that he didn't remember sending the message to, given he had never met him before that day and he also didn't recall any exchange of member addresses, but whatever, the guy was there so he might know something. Maybe it had happened because of the strange way the dungeon was behaving.

It seems I was worrying over nothing. D-=Scythe entered the keywords as soon as she got out of the messages screen. "A forest? That's fairly misleading." She cast Ap Do and booked it. Toshior was supposed to meet her there, but she was in a bit of a hurry. James didn't want to keep Kali waiting, on the off chance she managed to get herself in over her head again or if Avantha decided to try and lure her to her death like she tried to do to Toshiro and herself.

"A Trojan...?" Eria fell silent at the talk of opening the door with a virus. It's not as though the virus itself worried her though. More like the effects and aftermath of such an event, while would be the equivalent of shooting off a bright flare in the middle of the night to the Administration. But then, what choice do they have? "I... uh... have a friend that knows about these things and I think she can keep from raising flags while she does it. Do you want me to see if I can get her? In the meantime, Seige, why don't you look for that 'back door' thing?"

"Oh.. no, when I used the term 'Trojan', I was talking about the methodology, not the actual virus itself." His face then lit up at the prospect of meeting someone who quite probably knew what they were doing, as opposed to having to tinker around with the coding himself. He ran over to Eria, clasped her hands in between his own, then leaned in close to her, his eyes sparkling with anticipation,"What? You know someone who can solve this dilemma? Oh thank god!" He leaned back out, then danced around the room in a happy-clappy sort of way, finishing by collapsing onto the floor, and lying on his back,'Now I won't have to deal with heckling from anyone for messing around with the dungeon's coding. What a save...'

"Um, don't you guys might be over thinking this?" asked Kali in response to the sudden stream of ideas. "I'm all for finding out what's going on, but don't you think putting a virus in the game might be going a bit far? I mean, it's just some special event door. You probably only need to say a special word or something for it to open up. We don't need to go all crazy trying to get in there. I was just curious what that girl was up to. I'm not going to risk getting banned to find that out."

Kali shrugged her shoulders and turned back to the door. "If it's gonna take that much to get in then it's no big deal," she said. "Oh, and I don't really know her, so I really wouldn't know how to get in."

Kali took a few steps towards the door, but stopped when her eyes focused on the opening. The entire entrance was barred by a giant creature which stood as tall as the ceiling. It seemed to have no normal form, consisting only of a giant pile of goo that seemed to change into different shapes at random. The only consistent shapes that it had were two stumps on its bottom that could be considered feet, and two very disproportionate arms. Every so often a face would form within the giant mass. It almost appeared to be letting off a silent but agonizing scream, and the sight made Kali shiver inside. Above its head was one word: Lveathn

"Well that's something you don't see every day," said Kali, taking a step back towards the opposite wall. Lveanth raised its hand towards her, almost as if begging for her not to leave, but it did not take any steps forward.

"Lveanth... what did i said before?, no monsters, it means one weird thing... it seems it's time" he quickly wrote with his keyboard, then got back to the game "Got it!" he grabbed a brick from the wall "See?" the wall fell to the floor, into the monster's feet "Let's go, i don't want to make another 'lag fight'" He walked almost inside the door, but not entered, waiting for the others to enter

Only after about an hour of sleep or so, Riki logged back into The World as Gibken once more.

Gibken walked through Lia Fall perusing the local shops until he heard the new forum post notification. Opening up the menu and finding it to be a message from a random topic, he sped through it quickly. "Hmmm....that's weird, when did I ever subscribe to this post? But haven't I heard that name before?" Gibken decided to compose a response seeing nothing better to do than go help his new found friend.

I don't know if this information will really help you, but remember that buggy area we were in? Yeah, I remember in a different topic, a PC named Avantha was kinda buzzy about that certain area, but I don't know if it's really any reason to invoke any suspicion, but either way if you need my help, don't hesitate to ask for it. :)

He sighed and decided to warp over to Mac Anu.

Walking through the corridors, he could see that the Root Town was abuzz with information regarding that bugged area. "What's going on with the game? Is it some ominous warning?"

Gibken couldn't believe the way he was talking, he was starting to become too much of an investigator and less of a normal player. It really bugged him to stray away from his normal personality and outlook, but he couldn't help it, because to him, it made the game more interesting.

Eria to see the Creature and paused as she stared in slight awe of this Lveanth. She couldn't ever remember seeing since a thing before. "Um.... do you think... maybe it didn't like my plan either?" Eria asked nervously as she backed away slightly. It was about then that she remembered Odin's 'Ap Do' blade, Huginn, was out and active. Though she had no intention of fighting with such a thing, she could do other things to it to keep it where it was. She closed her eyes a moment as remembered what she'd seen before. Casting her own Ap Do on top of Huginn's passive Ap Do, she spun as four scrolls appeared in the air before her. "I'm going to try and immobilize it. Meanwhile, the rest of you should probably leave," Eria said as the scrolls activated as one. "Suvi lei, Mumyn lei, Miu lei, Ranki lei. Come, Miasma," she finished as the status hit Lveathn.

Odin watched the beast for a few moments, then looked at Kali. Evidently there was some connection between the two of them. He didn't necessarily want to spoil that connection, rather he wanted to observe the creature and see what happened. However, another force at play within himself seemed to desire otherwise,"Gh! N-no... not this again! I can't let this... happen!" Odin collapsed to the floor, clutching his head in what seemed to be agony, yet without making a sound. He opened his mouth in a silent scream, then looked up at the roof of the dungeon as his tunnel vision began to return, before eventually blinding him completely.
His eyes once again turned yellow and luminescent, and he threw his torso forward, revealing an incredibly blank, empty expression on his face. He then slowly stood up, keeping his focus on the monster, before eventually running at it, and cross slashing the beast across it's chest. This did little damage, as the monster simply reformed itself after the attack had been executed. Still in a combat stance, Odin dashed to the monster's left, shooting off what looked like a bolt of electricity between it's legs. A V-shaped slash then erupted from the point the bolt had struck, causing the monster to lose both it's legs, and it's balance. It toppled to the floor with an almighty crash. Odin was un-phased, and kept looking straight at it,"Verifying target data. 10%... 45%... 83.9%. Target verified; confirmed as system error. Deducing next best course of action."

"here we go AGAIN!" he pushed Kali to a side "Speed up charm!"

"Didn't 'ya heard!? Just go through the Damn WALL!!!" he slashed the monster, making part of him to broke, he then tore that part apart, then pushed Odin to the wall "Eria!, take Odin with you through the wall!!" his character was flashing again "Thousand Thrust!!" he slashed and thrusted the monster until getting him to 10% of his life "Only 10% more!" he ran to Kali "Cross the wall" he helped her stood up, then grabbed Odin by the shoulders "GO!" he pushed him to the wall, then put his hands on Eria's shoulders "Please... Go...we'll finish him later... i got a bad feeling...... if we defeat him now.... probably the wall's gonna close... or worse...Let's go..."

Lveathn let off a deafening roar as the barrage of attacks reached him, but it wasn't a roar of rage--it sounded more like pain and fear. The agonizing face reformed out of the giant mass and opened its eyes, and in a few seconds the beast's body had reformed and its health had returned to full. It thrust out one of its misshapen arms, which stretched across the room and wrapped around Siege and Odin. Lveathn let off another of its deafening screams as it threw the two players against the wall, draining a third of their health. The second tentacle wrapped around Eria, squeezing her as it began to drain away her health like a powerful poison. Kali ran towards Eria and cast a spell at the tentacle holding her. A large bolt of lightning stuck the appendage and it was severed from the body.

Lveathn staggered back, but its severed tentacle slide across the floor and reattached with the larger body. Just as it raised it arms to attack again the wall on the opposite side of room opened. Siege had only discovered an intentional hidden room, which had been put into the game as a treat for players. The actual hidden room only remained opened for a few seconds, but before the door closed again Avantha had walked out. She looked up in surprise at seeing the sudden battle before her, but she forgot about the other players at once. Her eyes opened wide and a look of shock crossed her face when she saw Lveathn. Kali was readying another spell at the monster, but Avantha rushed over and knocked the girl down.

"What are you doing?!" she yelled, not to the monster but to the other players. She stood between the players and the monster, as if trying to protect it like a shield. "Leave him alone! What did he ever do to you?"

"Ahh..." Eria breathed hard for a moment from where she kneeled after the draining attack. She'd forgotten that a Virtual Box can transmit pain as well if you choose to use that setting. She'd forgotten what a serious hit had felt like. Note to self: turn off pain before fighting strange creatures... she thought to herself as she stood. "Thank you, Kali. I owe you," Eria said first before turning her attention to Avantha and Lveathn. "Umm, before we go into that... Can I ask who are you?" Eria asked in curiosity.

Odin had obviously been badly damaged by the throw, but in a different sense to the others in the room. His body was twitching, and seemed to be getting choppier as far as graphics were concerned. He opened his mouth to speak, but it was as though nothing was coming out except the odd high pitched ringing, combined with buzzing and popping noises, akin to having a TV with a bad signal. The room suddenly experienced a small surge of White Noise, then it stopped. Odin jolted rapidly, then looked up. Only just realizing the pain he had been in moments before, he rolled onto his back, arching it in agony and letting out another silent scream. Eventually he came to his senses, still gasping for breath. He turned to look at Avantha, who was guarding the beast. He then hauled himself up, opening his mouth in an attempt to speak, but what came out as opposed to speech was quite peculiar,"Wh a e yo def g th mo st ? I 's d ger t th a ea! Y u re l sho c ons er he fac ha o er pl s ar h re t-" Stopping before the last word in an attempt to take in what he himself had just stated, he spoke again,"w-wh h ppe d... t y voi ?" As he spoke, a small, yellow hexagon appeared on his forehead, obstructed by his hair, but still giving off enough light to be noticable.

His vision was flurry, he hardly stood up "Damn... No MP... No items.. Ngh!" he tryied to see what was happening, when he saw Avantha "Leave him alone! What did he ever do to you?" He slowly walked up in front of Avantha "Well excuse us for seeing an anomaly and wanted to fix this" he said with sarcasm, even with all the pain, and he didn't wanted to quit the pain option "Well well.... Ummm, A hacker?? probably.... where did you find it? and why do you want to protect it?" He turned to Odin "What the hell happened to you Odin?!, also, gimme that item to get outta this dungeon" he turned to Avantha again "Haven't we met before?... is your name: Avantha?" he asked with a somewhat evil smile

Odin looked at Seige, then nodded. Unfortunately, the item appeared to be locked in his inventory. Realizing that this would pose a problem, seeing as if he transferred an irremovable item, the admins would get suspicious, but if he spoke, then they would know something was up. He thought for a few seconds, then came to the conclusion that he would ask Seige and Eria to tell the admins that he'd developed a sore throat, and that he was finding it hard to talk. He tried to convey this message to them in the best possible way, miming out something akin to a dance as he attempted to speak to his two party members,"Er ! S ig ! Yo n ed t t el t e adm s ha I ha e col , wh c m an t at I c n't spe k pr p ly. T at w y th y w n't ge su pic u !" However after doing this he realized that the message might not have gotten across, so he decided to send it to his party via an IM;

Also!, where did you get that thing?, it's just a game girl!, unless you have a VB you can't feel anything!" his tone was higher "Let alone monsters!!! Tell us what you saw in there!" "Guys, this is a posible hacker, sooooo, just follow my plan, unless you got a better one?? if not, i'l tell you my plan, i'm waiting for an answer

Eria looked at the monster, Lveathn, and Avantha, before looking to her friends. "Umm... Isn't trying to get her banned just a bit too much for this, Seige? After all, we don't have any proof that she's a hacker and not simply a player that found something," Eria counter as she watched the powerful creature remain docile behind Avantha. So strange. I've never seen a docile monster before in the World... "Also, you're... Ahh... beginning to rant a bit, Seige.
