A flurry of rings and Eria was back within the World, stretching in front of the Mac Anu Chaos gate. "Alright." Though she saw that Seige hadn't moved yet, there was something she wanted to grab first, and so with an quick apology, she blew past him with a speed charm as she ran to her Fairy's Haven. Odin's blades and techniques had inspired her to test out just how well another player could use such things to their advantage though she she also wasn't sure if Odin's speed increase and decrease were of the normal level or were of a much higher level due to the rarity of his weapon. Guess that was something she'd also have to discover.

he saw Eria, and after her apologies he saw her running to the Fairy's Haven, then walked to there as well, when an Axeman came "Well, well, well what do we have here? a couple of lovebirds, and, look who's the man....Seige.... hahahahah" The Heavy Axeman said "What do you want Marco?!" Seige answered "Payback.... You scum.... Cheater.... Bastard.... Payback... AND..... MY money" "your money?, the thing only you'll have is a Kick in the A$$!" he pushed the axeman away from Eria, then dashed behind him, and slashed him from his feet to the back of his head "i'll..... Come back..... and you'll regret it!" the axeman ran away, then seige looked at Eria "Don't mind him..."

Avantha took a deep breath as she stood in the room just past the rock golem. At the other end of the hallway was the entrance to the gott statue, but she did not care much for the treasure--the spoils that she had come to claim were far more valuable than a collection of virtual numbers. Her head turned around the room, staring at the walls as if she could see something more beyond them.

"Every hacker leaves a trace," she said to herself. "Anyone who modifies the data in a way it was not meant to be modified always leaves something behind. So if someone--or something--deleted that hallway back there, then there has to be a record of what that thing was or at least where it came from."

She walked up to the nearest wall and placed her hand on if, as if trying to read every small bump like a page in a book. "Why must the dungeon event logs always be so scrambled?" she asked the empty room. "I'm surprised the administration hasn't gotten tired enough of searching through this mess tocreate a program to sort it all out. It would make my job easier."

She stopped talking and moving at once, her eyes opening wide as a small smile crossed her face. "There you are," she said, but her smile fell when she read the full information hidden within the game's event logs. "Wait, how could you have come from that field? I go there every day since...since it happened, and I haven't seen you there. How is this...?"

The rest of her words were interrupted as she was hit and knocked to the ground. Avantha turned to see D-=Scythe standing over her, and she was instantly filled with rage. "Dammit," she said. "Don't you know when to keep out of other people's business? What do I have to do to finally get you to just leave me alone?"

((Azure, I assume that Heavy Axeman was the one bothering Eria earlier?))

"....huh..? Oh, it's Mr. Clean," Eria said to herself as she turned to watch him run off. "I guess earlier wasn't enough to deter him. Probably never will be then until he manages to beat me," she sighed before giggling as she crossed her arms. "Didn't want to, but I guess I'll have to stop being nice to him to make him get the point." Eria looked to Seige now as she smiled. "Hello Seige. What's up?"

"Uh, hey" he smiled playfully as a normal daylight radiates to his character "Man, that man knows how to get in trouble, we made a trade, then he was all: hey this is not what i wanted, and stuff, do you know him?, also, why did you ran to here, what were you searching for?"

(Hold up on posting any further for a bit. I just need to get a few things sorted out. I delete this when it's okay.)

(Okay, since it appears nobody is gone for the night and I rather not have this thing remain inactive for a day, please disregard his last post. I'd rather not have a normal monster fight at this time so I can push ahead to the first reveal of the rumored monster. I'll ask him to delete it when he gets on.

Also, I am going to remove the post earlier where the two administrators contacted shugo_lover's character. Since is appears she is not going to be as active a member as I thought, I'd rather give such a crucial role to someone else. I'll repost it in the future aimed towards the new character I picked.

And as a note, please do not spawn any data bugs during the first act. They completely ruin the pacing I have set up for this. The antagonist and the cause of what is happening is different from what it was in the game, so the data bugs that will appear later on in the story are being created by a completely different means for a different purpose. For now I'd rather just focus on the rumored monster I will reveal shortly, because he is the most important bug out of any that will appear afterwards.)

(Alright then, I'm going to start posting actively again tomorrow, and I'm going to go ahead and reread the other posts I missed while I was gone so I can get a gist of where the story is at the moment, as I'm kinda confused with people taking control of other user's chars. so this is just a heads up haha)

"Oh, Right! I wanted to see if I had the means to replicate the Ap Do/Dek Do situation Odin showed us earlier so that I could make use of the lag build-up technique. But..." she signed a moment as she closed the menu she had up for her stored inventory. It was getting a bit full in there; she was going to need to empty it soon. "...It doesn't look like I have his level of it. The one he put on us was much stronger then normal now that I've had a chance to stop and think about it. I guess... It must be a part of those rare blades of his, I guess," she explained as she crossed her arms. "He's also not answering my party invites or messages. I wonder what's up...?"

((For the sake of tying up loose ends, I'll do something that should be acceptable to conclude Odin's involvement in this dungeon, given the storyline progression.))

As soon as Odin reached B3F, he heard a loud, deep thudding sound, then his eyes suddenly regained their sparkle. Unable to hold himself up, he collapsed onto the floor,"Again? Just what is up with this PC?" picking himself up, he looked along the hallway. Sure, the dungeon looked kind of weird, but what he could remember sensing was now long gone. As far as his intuition was concerned, it was just a regular dungeon. He then heard something beeping, almost as if it were outside of his perception...

In the real world, Hilbert took off his Virtual Box, then turned around to face the inside of his flat. Sure enough, the washing machine had stopped spinning, and it was now about 12:00 mid-day. He turned back to face his computer monitor, exhaling solidly as he did so,"And apparently I've received around five party invites from Eria... Ah well. I'll respond to those later." He yawned loudly,"I Guess it's time to log out and get some stuff done... speaking of which, someone wanted me to look at a problem they were having with their OS in about an hour..." He got up out of his chair, stretched a bit, then walked over to his kitchen,"I guess I'll go with something quick and simple for lunch today." He then pulled a few ingredients off the shelf, took out a frying pan and started cooking.

"Hpmh, the only way of copying it is to have another rarek weapon, and the way of making it better is to have a rarest one" He checked his inventory and showed eria the name of his swords "How much swords are called D&V? only one, and hhow much twin swords are like a katana? only two, and now you know why.... i have more hidden secrets now..... But you can make sure that i'm not a Hacker....." he looked around, then mid-closed his eyes with rage, looking at a guy at the Chaos gate "*Grunt*...... *Sigh*" he calmed down "Forget it seige.... He's clean((Not Mr.Clean, i mean, not dirty))....." he crossed his arms

((On a slightly funny note, Both Nobody's comment about being original early and Azure post just now prompted me to double check myself. It appears I bear the only Heavyblade with four techniques. ))

Eria nodded as she showed the name of her own unusual heavyblade. "Oh, I know, Seige. I managed to find one or two rare equipment before. Like my blade, Sekaiseiga, here," she replied back as she touched the hilt of her weapon. Still smiling, she crossed her arms as well, unconsciously mimicing him. "Besides, I never accused you of being a Hacker. I was in the middle of asking if you were while I got cut off by that weird static flash." She nodded toward the person at the Gate. "So, who's that?"

Having now completely finished his work, Hilbert returned to his computer screen. Pleased to see that his inbox hadn't stacked up with new requests for 'jobs'-working as a freelance IT specialist was never easy, and quite often incredibly tiring-he picked up his Virtual Box and opened up 'The World'. After the start-up process had finished, he entered his password and logged on to his standard server of choice, the Delta server; mainly because the foes were easy to deal with, yet were still capable of providing him with copious amounts of experience points if he went into the right area. he then put on his headset, and the empty screen in front of his face began to digitize.

Odin appeared in front of the Chaos Gate, then looked at the palms of his hands. flexing his fingers, then clenching them into a fist, he smiled to himself,'Y'know, I don't think I'll ever get used to this feeling. Hoerwick, whatever you did to make 'The World' like this, you're one helluva genius' Looking next to him, he saw a rather un-nerved looking blademaster. He then looked down towards the bridge, spotting two very familiar faces,'wait... aren't they...' He then felt a tap on his shoulder. Turning to face the person who'd grabbed his attention, he noticed that the blademaster from before apparently wanted to ask him something,"Sorry... do you happen to know the twin blade over there? He's been staring at me for a while now... it's kind of disturbing..." Odin's expression was one of blank understanding. He placed a hand on the blademaster's shoulder, making a slash shape with his other forearm, then whispered,"I have no idea why he's doing that. I recommend you pass the time somewhere else, and come back once you're done." After talking to the blademaster, he turned to face Eria and Seige, waving to them as he did so.

"Oh!" Eria jumped slightly as the message came up suddenly, Eria no longer expecting Odin to accept anytime soon. Looking over, she also noticed Odin's wave and happily waved back to him. "Hey, Odin! I've been meaning to ask you some things if don't mind," she said to him, earlier question forgotten, as she added Seige to the party and switched over to party chat. No reason to air out Odin's secrets to everyone if it wasn't necessary.

Odin responded with a question as soon as the party chat had been activated,"Things? Well, it's not like I ever mind being asked questions..." He scratched his head,"Whether or not I'll answer is a different matter." He then looked at the Chaos Gate,"That reminds me. There's something I wanted to confirm about an area I visited not too long ago; I never bothered to check the Gott Statue, and after doing some research, I discovered that there's apparently a rare piece of Leg Armour there." He walked past Eria, then turned back, facing the Chaos Gate again,"I know! If I answer your questions, you guys can check the rumour's validity with me!" He extended an open hand,"Does that sound like a fair deal?"

The town of Mac Anu, despite being the lowest level of all the root towns, was often the busiest. And yet despite the countless people wandering the streets and using the chaos gate, nobody noticed the two odd looking men observing the gate from the corner. They stood close together, whispering amongst themselves as their eyes traveled from player to player, but all were oblivious to their present as if their characters did not even exist.

"How about that one?' asked one man, pointing to a wavemaster heading towards the gate.

"No, not him," said the other. "I've had several complaints about him in the past. There's no way we can trust him."

"How about that one?" said the first man, pointing down the road to three players standing close to each other. Even from their distance the men could see the players' names as Odin, Eria, and Seig.

"I suppose they could do," said the second man. "I'd prefer not to get too many people involved, but more people means more test subjects and results."

The two men approached the group, walking through the other players as if they did not exist, and stopped on either side of the player named Odin. "Excuse me," said the first man, allowing the group to see his presence and speaking directly into their party chat. "My friend and I are system administrators, and we would like to have a word with you three. I am Halford, and my friend is Halfus."

"You do not need to worry," said Halfus. "You're not in trouble. We just...have an offer for you that we hope you will find intriguing."

Halford walked over to the nearby building and pushed open the door--a door that no normal player should have been able to open. "In here, please," he said to the group. "We would prefer to have this conversation without any eavesdropping. We would also prefer you walk in on your own. We find teleporting players to be quite rude."

Odin looked at the Administrators with slight concern, then turned back to face Eria. His face showed that he was clearly bothered by this sudden situation, especially seeing as it had taken place such a short space of time after he and the others within the current group had come into contact with an anomaly during their previous dungeon run. He took a deep breath, then exhaled,"Oh well... I guess that rare equipment can always wait until next time." He then turned back to face Halford and Halfus,"I would like to assume we have options here, but considering your positions within this world's hierarchy..." He sighed,"I'm guessing that there isn't really a choice in the matter." He turned back to Eria and Seige,"Putting my feelings about this aside, I think it could turn out to be beneficial to us if we hear these Admins out." He then walked towards the open door, a resolute expression on his face.

Though it managed to startle the ever-loving crap out of Eria, to her credit, she managed not to jump at the appearance of the system Admins. Especially as her first thought was that her earlier belief that Seige's messing around really had gotten her in trouble after all with the system, until the admin said that they just wanted to talk. Looking to the doorway herself, Eria managed a one of her trade-mark smiles as she nodded. "Okay, then. A bit random, but I'm game," she replied as she shrugged and walked into the Admin Room surprisingly more nonchalantly then she was really feeling, but no seeing a reason to protest going.
