He's earned even more of my already boundless respect for his likeness alone...
That said, playing DX;HR knowing this fact is going to be... very interesting...

In all honesty, it just makes the game feel slightly different when you play it; If you have an ally who looks like a family member, you'll subconsciously want to protect them more than the one who grants you the 'secret item' if you stick with them... or if you hate said family member you can just avoid them completely.
As for if a family member looks like an enemy... well, I'd just try and avoid the enemies in question, or kill them at every given chance. the state of a relationship generally plays a huge part in this sort of thing.

I dont think I will ever change my avatar. It basically personifies me on this board and other boards that I am a member of. Plus its my favorite manga character of all time and it looks cool.

I chose an avatar of a (Special Ops) USMC MARSOC Marine. It's what I'm training to be.

Question; When you see a face like this, how can you NOT turn it into your profile pic?

Well, in my case, I like Sync from Tales of the Abyss. However in the game my favorite character is Luke. But Sync after all is lot like me with your personality. :(
Anyway, maybe my next avatar will be Kite from IMOQ or Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid. He's so cool!!
And Dante from DMC, he are amazing too ^^

Well, I guess we can open a Topic about: "Top 5 Best Character from the games" no?? =o

You can go ahead and try it, but be VERY prepared for the ensuing debates and strong discussions about certain characters...which ones are good, which are bad, which are cheap, which are biased, and which are from DBZ, Bleach and Naruto.

...Or maybe it won't happen, as most of the current members aren't exactly the type to raise up and hold a strong debate either in favor of their preferrences, or against the preferrences or others.

..
Nevermind, it'll still happen eventually. And that's what will make the topic awesome, in fact. lol

Because dragons are awesome. Blue's my favorite color. I like snow although I hate the cold. And I don't know why I chose to put whatever symbols those are I have on there, but I think they look cool. Definitely better than just writing Kale down the side.

Wait, are you implying that we don't have the intellect and/ or drive to debate and/ or argue on any given topic? I see that sh*t happening all the time on this webs-

Count how many CURRENTLY ACTIVE members are capable of doing what's been assumed and/or implied.
If the number surpasses 3, then i recommend you to count again since i'm almost sure you counted wrong.

So it's fine, and even if it's not then at least it'll make a very interesting and amusing topic. I already gave my input ~3~

Well seeing how this is a new account I guess I get to do this again :P I have a multitude of reasonings for picking my avatar aside from the obvious. (it looks bad ass!) I play a Dark Counterpart deck IRL and I am on a mission with it, to prove you can fight and win tournaments with more then just Meta Decks (I take them on daily and have a pretty consistent win ratio) Also my favorite "rule of thumb" Dark is not always Evil, I am the epitome of this. Long dark hair, long black trench coat, I look like a bomber/druggy/rocker, but in reality I am cheerful/anti-drug and alcohol/pianist. I get alot of "Why do you look like that then!" especially the coat, in short I get cold! >:U My avatar is Rainbow Dark Dragon, in a way its contradictory because how can you have a rainbow in darkness??? Its a Dark Dragon made of Gemstones, something beautiful. I could go on, but TL;DR I like Darkness, but am not evil! XD

I have not changed my Avi sense I joined clear back in 06
Wow, this feels so weird!
Okay, anyway.
I don't really know why I chose this avi. Maybe because I've become addicted to darker than black and I think Hei and Yin are cute together -shrugs- I also just like the way the avi looks.

Never thought I'd live to see the day where those words would appear together in one of AZURE-KITE's posts.

He truly is the definition of 'a sheep'.

"Never starting it's own thing, it always blindly follows the rest of the herd, as guided by a mentally disturbed man with a loud voice and a long, hard, wooden stick*."

*N.B. A shepherd. What were you thinking? You dirty b*stard, you...
