What is Tsukasa's Guardian?

No, because she created the Phases BEFORE the Guardians. The Guardians have no place in the Epitaph, and the Phases do. Furthermore, the Phases ARE Morganna. They're parts of her being, while the Guardians are random mindless minions.

that do what ever they are told to do. plus they are a great source of exp once DD.

The Phases do what they're told to do, but unlike the Guardians, they can exhibit free will if they want to.

Technically they're more like this.

Think of the Guardians as soldiers

The Phases are Generals.

Alot of soldiers, but only so few Generals.

The guardian was awesome in the show....and gave great xp after DDing them in the games.
