What is Tsukasa's Guardian?

It's a creature Morganna created to be her henchmen,gatekeeper,and a small acting force in The World.
It's the equivilant of AIDA<GateKeeper>,in some ways.
There are many of them,not just one,but they are "invincible" in The World,to the naked eye.
In truth,they just don't have a lowering health gauge,and can be killed after a certain amount of damage.
They are Morgannas mindless cervantes,and will obey whatever task Morganna creates them for,even if it goes against Morganna herself,as we see when one goes aginst her and protects Tsukasa,whom it is either bound to without question,or to whom it has grown attached to and wants to protect..kind of like a Sora+Skeith connection,which starts as orders,but elevates later on.

It's partly half and half..Morganna made them but Macha controls around one.

Consider it the beings like in the game BioShock, Tsukasa's the little girl and the giant things are just her protector. It has no real signifcance.

I heard that it's name is The Twilight Guardian.

And, as you can see, they hold something that looks like a Twilight Bracelet in their core.

In SIGN, Bear, Mimiru, B.T. and Ginkan destroyed it after attacking the bracelet several times.

But then, 3 others came...

The plavment of the hit had no meaning,that was just for show.
Guardian's just have a set amount of hit points(during SIGN anyway) and it's just hidden by fragmented hit point data on the screen.
They just hit it,alot,and stayed alive.
It everntually dies,like an uber boss monster.

Then why did macha trun into one of them?

Data amplification.
Like the bond between Skeith and Sora,and Epitpah user and Epitpah,or the link between Azure Kite and Azure Flame God.
That is like asking how Kite gains levels.
A being that can freely manipulate data can fuse itself with creatures like that easily.

Well, it wasn't so much a bone to pick, but Morganna was all "If I'm going down, I'm taking you with me!"

You know,Mia never did anything to her,apart from wander around with the phase in her and thus make her left hand phase unusable(would have been anyway),so it seems unfair...but then again,where do I get off thinking anything about Morganna is "fair".

Well, Mia did teach Kite how to use the Bracelet, gave Blackrose moral support, and killed a few Data Bugs.

But in all fairness,she didn't know what she was going against.
And Morganna was already responsible for killing her once....
Oh well,I guess that's the mind of a desprate program.

As it was already said, morganna created the dumbell gaurdian(the brown one) but it somehow developed it's own thought pattern or rather was going along iwth it's original order to protect tsukassa from anything, including as it turn's out another gaurdian.

It was directly under command, however, of macha, who showed it's command over it when tsukassa first showed the gaurdian to mimiru and bear by stopping the intended 'data drain' attack which was going straight for bear. It only used and asserted that power in extreme situation's.

But macha was under morganna's control, so at anytime she could overule macha.

Then there's the green one's which have absolutly nothing to do with macha or tsukassa, except that they tried to kill them. Morganna gave them the specific instruction to kill subaru in order to create dispair for tsukassa. The first one got defeated by tsukassa's original gaurdian in a kamakaze attack.The second one got owned by everyone, and good time's were had by all... for about 3 second's until the other three showed up.

(This is pure speculation) When those 3 showed up, macha stopped them and 'took them down with himself' in a sense. It's my belief that macha must've probably contained the whole program of the gaurdian monster within himself, which was then destroyed but re-incarnated as mia.

Reborn as mia, everything went fine until that place where you fight mia. After that, mia/macha is defeated for good this time, rather than a self-inflicted re-incarnation. When that happened, the gaurdian program was back online, hence why they appear AFTER macha was beaten.

Also keep in mind that it's been atleast close to 6 month's since I beat that place and at least 4 month's since I've seen sign. Damn am I good or what?

No, that was Macha. None of the Guardians possess any AI of their own.

Macha controlled the green ones (Dawn Wanderers) as well. They just weren't assigned as Tsukasa's Guardian, so Macha couldn't be sneaky enough to justify using them to her own ends.

Do you guys think the guardians were a prototype of the phases? I mean I doute Morganna got them right the first time. So could to guardians be a product of Morganna's experimentation with creating the phases?
