Hrmm... I don't think I've been to a cloudy area before.
Could you give me a keyword set to get to one?

:( I was expecting another Epilogue dungeon after you beat //Rebirth, like in //Infection where you got to kill Infected Dragon (for super rare n good for ur lvl loot), etc. Oh well, maybe you can get to em in the next one (it's //A Voice That Reminds Me Of You right? Sounds a bit long...)

you had to fight the god of the underworld, really big boss? remember?
and the island is part of the back ground but it moves seperatly from the other background and looks like the bottom of an island.

I saw the island. It's down near the horizon, right?

Maybe it'll have story importance later, kinda like that huge gun in the sunny fields.

Also, moved to the games section.
Really? I should pay attention. Dx

Erhm well anyways the floating island thing is part of the background I think and it just says that on the site that the Elves made it so they can feel like gods. It might be a unlockable dungeon at the end of the 2nd or 3rd game, but it would have super hard monsters.

Isn't the floating island in the backstory Fort Ouph, which the Gods later shot down, causing it to crash into Dun Loireag? Or was there another one?

Well, if Fort Ouph crashed down, it's obviously not flying in the sky anymore, silly. :P

Well, Forth Ouph crashing is also part of The World's backstory, so I'm wondering if there was another island in the legend I just forgot. >>

Good evening, seithecs. Oops, not the Rumors forum. Oh well.

I've never really noticed that, myself. Floating islands? Ooh, sounds like R1. I wonder if there's a secret quest.... Oh! Maybe some of the dungeons are actually on those islands, but since they're inside, you can't tell!

It would be interesting for CC Corp to host more events based on R:2's historical background. Maybe opening up the floating island as a higher level Root town.... or better yet you can use the huge gun. Oops there goes wherever the sun is designed to be.

Well, you can expect there to be more World background quests in later volumes. I mean, Cernunnos is featured pretty heavily in the game's background.

I don't think it can be. If you read The World R:2's backstory, the Gods made Forth Ouph fall and it crashed into Dun Loireag, destroying both. The root town in "A Voice of You" is apparently built on the ruins.

Similiar, Carmina Gadelica was destroyed and Lia Fail reduced to ash. :(
