a floating island?!

when i go to a field where it is raining and i look at the sky i see a cloud moving. thing is it moves independently, the other clouds don't move. when i think about it, it looks like an island. then in morrigu barrow wall when you look in the direction where all the clouds move you see something floating in the sky, and when you look across the ravine you see a huge tree like thing.

am i the only one who sees it?

I would not be surprised if there were little easter eggs like that. Seeing how the first 4 games had various object floating in the sky in fields.

You CAN access those islands, actually, if you pay attention to Liminality.

i am not talking about the old games i mean in rebirth. why is this in outbreak and quarentine?

so again any clue what it is.. also i was in a field and saw a small little seperate island like 10 feet away from the main map... why would they put that if you can't get to it?
wait what islands in outbreak... if some one knows quickly answer it so the topic doesn't stray to outbreak too much.

I think the floating islands were mentioned in the History section of the in game official site. The Elves built them to be more like Gods.

Possibly in the third game. In the first games it was an area unlocked after beating one of the games, can't remember which.

i like this world, feels a little bit deeper... i like that i just wish i could explor beyond the field, thanks guys i guess theres nothing certain, i guess this can be closed, or left open for when someone finds out what they do.

oh big edit not in rainy areas in cloudy areas you see the bottom of an island in the sky. you could see it very clearly and it moves pretty fast... sorry.

it could be one of those things like in the infection-quarantine where when you beat a volume you get keywords to go to one of those dungeons that you always see floating in the sky (like the mummy thing you saw in some areas)

true they were boring but back then, the scenery outside the actual dungeons was a nice change

damn my pics make the island blend with the back ground
go to hidden forbidden bulwark and when you warp in, and haseo's facing you behind him theres like a black cloud, but thats an island, which can be seen from the cloudy day fields going in a circle around the field.
