because haseo gets a hacked character in vol 3,what do you think will happen to doppelganger,do you think he will stay,or remain in 3rd form?
and if it does change,do you think that he will get the duel gun system,and grant a powerful kind of duel gun?cuz that would be against the system rules for a monster that the hackers didn't touch,even if it copies looks,it can't read hacked data.
so what do you guys think?

......I never thought of doppelganger in Vol. 3!! O.O

Who knows, maybe it'll stay in 3rd Form, maybe it'll copy Xth form and you'll fight against an uberstrong monster (which i doubt because that would mean there's a doppel Dual Guns), maybe you'll be unable to fight him at all, or maybe he'll copy one of your party characters instead...o.O

My best guest, that either the World Becomes so unbalanced that even the doppleganger will have that form.

OR

It real read the data, and due to it's anomalies maybe have some sorta back up system or a security that might resemble Haseo's Xth Form but not really

OR

It reads the data and matches it to the closest similar weapon, that being a Steam Gunner

OR

It just never appears because it has to take the form in order to form a physical entity.

or mabye i was right and it will just remain in xth form,as haseo's data would still read as him beings in his 3rd form,the last legal form,to a low level AI(I'm using the old version of the word here,not uber smart vesion)
like the monster doppleganger,who is about as smart as a stack of deep fried jellybeans the size of a watermellon.

I dont know, but what the hell is the Doppelganger? is it a Vangrant AI? Why does the music sound like a freddy kruger theme when you approach it??

Its a monster, just like a Goblin Rookie. It has as much mind as a Rue Bezel

And it sounds that way because, supposedly when you see your doppelganger, its a death sign...so it fits

Well as far as I know besides copying data, it might make a steamgunner version of Xth Form cause as first it'll read the easiest to read Data, the appearance. However grabbing anything else within the data like the Data Drain awakening is impossible.

It might be able to copy the weapons though, and make it more like a "Super Quick Steam Gunner Weapon" instead of actual illegal weapons.

What I wanna know is, won't it be a **** to fight it? I mean it can practically SHOOT you now.

Doppelganger doesnt copies weapons. He has a special weapon for each class, and all he does is changing weapons according to what the 'copied' is using. Which is why i dont think you'll fight a doppel with dual guns, because that would mean there's a Dual Gun doppel weapon

Maybe he'll copy Haseo's outfit and looks, buti think he'll only use the 3 normal weapons for Haseo's class. I dont think he'll be able to dash either.

Simple. It'll be Xth Form, but won't have Doppel weapons for Duel Gun.

or maybe it wont be there period....cuz it was only there as a bonus monster and to get the dopple weapons...now he serves no purpose...because logically if you think about it,hes suppose to be an exact copy of you,and seeing as the Xth form is something beyond permeters....then he outlives his purpose seeing as the dopple weapon for Xth form doesnt exsist...

The Doppelganger monster reads the data of the character, copies its own exact shape and the stats (increasing level in 8 ), then uses a weapon of his own that is the same kind the 'copied' is using. In Vol. 3, he could copy everything, but he'll not find any Dual gun on his equipment, so he'll be scared and will run away. And i'll miss kicking his ass with bullets

It would be a shame though. Not being able to fight the (supposed to be) most powerful monster in the game, now that you're pimped with white emo outfit and pweety guns.

Emo?looks thugish to me being all baggy and what not...and white...he looked emo dressed in all black...

If he dissappears,then the other dopple weapons won't be up for grabs anymore,thus the completion bonous will be nearly immpossible,or harder,and the player is deprived of his/her fun.

I still think that because haseo's xth form is hacked,it is unreadable to an idiot like doppleganger(except piros's...inside joke....)and he will stay in the last registered form haseo got,3rd,and will have base dopple equupment.
Or mabye yata will change parts of the system for haseo,just to make it easier.

if we are tawking that logical...then the system wouldnt be able to produce a dopple for haseo because its not a in the system....

there is a character there,although corrupted in the eyes of the system,so it is sensed by doppleganger.
If his character wasn't registered by sytem functions,he couldn't interact with objects,portals,chims,chim doors.....
