And how does that creature/mech work in battle?
Me, its gotta be Chaos. For one reason alone...

I think so... I haven't played FFVIII forever... o.o (letting a friend borrow it) I just remember it was the last and most powerful summon ('cept Odin, which I think cast death on all enemies).Wan wrote:Isnt Eden able to break the 9999 dmg?cidkuneraze wrote:I have three favorite summons, all in the same Final Fantasy game...
FFVIII
Tonberry (lol)

Its becoming a trend (not sure where or why) but the female summons are more and more becoming hookers.
For ex. The Succubus summon in WoW (still I believe they are supposed to be this way without their WoW filterazation)

or Rather Shiva (while this version of her isnt current, you still get the idea)

On another note since this thread is about summoning, would one consider berserking a form of which? Since it brings out (aka summon) another form or deity?
Ex. Dante or Vergil from DMC.

grr Succubus is so cheap. Locks who dont want to be cheap and actually want a challenge when playing use thier Imp summon.Wan wrote:Its becoming a trend (not sure where or why) but the female summons are more and more becoming hookers.

Lock was fun to be but succubus was so...sucky when I got her. I ended up using my void over my Imp.Aera wrote:grr Succubus is so cheap. So true!marthwmaster wrote:That's the dark aeon, Anima (not to be confused with anime).
Interesting trivia: anima means "soul," so to animate something is to infuse a soul into something.
Dictionary.com defines Anima as
Dictonary.com wrote:1. soul; life.
2. (in the psychology of C. G. Jung) a. the inner personality that is turned toward the unconscious of the individual (contrasted with persona).
b. the feminine principle, esp. as present in men (contrasted with animus).

Bahamut (FF9)
Bahamut vs Alexander scene. Enough said.
Madeen (FF9)
Right before you get it, its pretty sad. And Madeen is the strongest summon in FF9
Anima (FF10)
Oblivion can kill anything in the european version. Kickass.
I could go on for a while, but they all would be of the FF series anyways :/ I'm a huge fan of them
