B.T. and lettuce

I have a question,
I got a lil confused about B.T. and her lettuce,
does she hate lettuce or does she love it?
Why'd she take the L out of the B.L.T. ?

She hates lettuce because it has no flavor--so she thinks it's pointless. She takes it out whenever she eats a BLT sandwich. BLT is her favorite food, so she named herself after it--but she took out the L because she never eats the lettuce. That's why she's named BT.

You clearly missed the point of her explanation. She dislikes the flavor of lettuce, even though most people don't think it has enough flavor to care about.

I thought she "likes" lettuce..

I never knew much about B.T. compared to the other characters in SIGN,
Can someone tell me a little more about B.T. in real life?

I remember this scene,when B.T. got this mail or something,
What was it?

It was a mail that was inviting her to her high-school reunion...although she isn't really the social type so she sorta just threw it away. //Sign can be viewed on Editted.

She was a model, but now that she's retired, she works for some company firm in Tohoku (not sure if the place is accurate, as I suck at Japanese words). I think she likes Bear and Crim.
