when you start outbreak to get your level high fast go to the aerial city fort ouph server and go to solemn betrayed aquafield level 69 water element and fight there never go there without a 3 man party and have a weapon with thunder element atacks like thunder coil and fight those witch things use grunty flute to travel around without being kill and dont go to the portals. the witch things should be in groups you should get like 520exp points which is awesome so have at it and what out for those star fish things

I should try that. But what about the item that that temporarily increases your water attribute. That might help a bit too.
