I remember buying //Sign and watching it on CN as they both came out. It just happened that the last DVD came out after the series ended. I think that they will end up doing the same as well so CN can get viewers before the DVD's are out.

I think that is a bit early. Besides, would we not of heard of it by now if it was December? I think January is our best shot. I wonder if they will do that sound track thing like they did with //Sign.

Well they where "limited". The only one I did not get was the first limited one. I was lucky that I found the first soundtrack in my local suncoast.

They do for me. I like to watch my shows not read them. If I wanted to read it I would buy a Manga. Either way I am patient enough to wait for the DVD's.

There is no roots manga, the only .hack manga is Legend of twilight, and a bunch of Jap ones that can be found all over the internet (some translated) but nothing for roots, as far as I know.
What about AI buster? (at least I put it on my Xmas list)

Also, December and still no news.

AI Buster is a novel...

As for manga based on GU, there's been GU+, GnU, and Alcor. There's also been the addition of XXXX to the .hack series.

However, LotT is the only manga that's available in English.
