Finding .hack//Mutation

Dont you find that the .hack games are hard to find? Ive just found infection after searching forever now im looking for Mutation but I cant find it ANYwhere Ebay has some copys but I dont have a credit card -_-' Eb games never has a copy.. where do you go to find your .hack games?

It'll be a little hard.....took me a month and a half to find all 4 where I live and I went between 3-4 stores looking for them...

goodluck on finding them. dunno bout in america but over here in australia all 4 of them have been discontinued so chances of getting them are slim, only way is pre-owned.

IIRC, preowned is the only way to buy them right now (unless you can find a new one)....but $20 +/-$5 sounds bout right...for US$

wat do u mean preowned is the only way to buy them right now? u saying that like theyre gonna be brought back out brand new? cause i dnt think that gonna happen unless they do a box set sorta thing including G.U. some stores u may be lucky enough to find one or two brand new.

aroung 40 dollars in the US. Finding them wan't that hard for me because i knew about them when they first came out.

eBay it. It's really hard to find them here in the UK, eBay saved me, unfortunately I have a lot of other games to buy before the last two.

I've posted this link so many times for the same thing: GameQuest. That's where I got all four of my .hack games, all for brand-new. The prices are pretty fair. I don't know how much it'll cost in Canadian, but if you really want the games I'd suggest that site over eBay (not trustworthy enough). XP

I got lucky. They had both Infection and Mutation at the same time. They had Outbreak too, but I was out of money. It's gone now. As for Quarantine, I'm still looking.

I'm actually a little shocked that the EB that I go to (once a month or so) actually seems to have the .hack games in stock (used, except GU-new)...never realized that many people here played .hack at some point

I got all 4 for free, way back... Had the games for a few years it seems now and still have only beaten the first one.

I've found all four games but I only have the first two...
Found .hack infection and mutation at a gamestop and there is a used outbreak and quarintine at EB games.

.hack infection used= 18$
.hack mutation used= 20$
.hack outbreak used= 30$ (new was 50$)
.hack quarintine used= 30$ (new was 40$)

since ps3 came ut i figure all prices on ps2 games will drop thats why im wating to get part 3 and 4...

Will all ps2 games (.hack games mainly) be backwards compatable with the ps3?

If you go to Amazon you can find like most all of them there. Though sometimes they don't ship a liminality disc or instuction booklet. Which is a downside.

The gamestop I go to had infection and they sent me to an eb for mutation and they called another gamestop around town to hold outbreak for me, but I still haven't got quarantine.
Even through all that it was still worth it.

Infection is easier than find than the rest of the games at a low reasonable price. If you can't get the games at Gamestop, your best choice is Amazon.com.

Mutation is actually the hardest copy to come by. Outbreak and Quarantine can be bought at Amazon as well for the average price of 29.99(or lower).
