Level difficulty question

This has been bugging me for awhile. Recently I have been just being completely aimless on Outbreak dungeon crawling to boost up my money. The question I have at mind is about the level difficulty. Is the level difficulty different on each root town server? I read on GameFAQ.com that the level difficult is determined by the level of the field. If so then does anyone know is this is true or not. Thanks.

I believe that is true for the most part.....each sever has different difficulties, though there are few keywords that are exceptions

When you go to a random field/dungeon, the level is always identified, as well as the element type.

Go to Chosen Solitary White Devil in all servers save Delta and theta since the Lambda Sigma and Omega versions don't have any battles to reach the gott statue chests.

Which tend to have some of the highest lved weapons and armor for that server.

Get tons of those weapons armors etc then sell them for around 10,000 per 1.

Do note for Chosen Solitary White Devil the best armors to sell are from the Omega Server area.

But that server is in Quarantine only. Not in Outbreak though the Sigma server armors selling wise are just as good to sell.
