i think just by watching the previews they could have stepped the special effects up just a little and what's so scary about snakes?

You guys are being pretty harsh. The movie might be pretty good, haven't seen it, but from the previews...I don't know. The title sems a little lame...but maybe the movie does it justice

Samuel L Jackson, or whatever, told the director not to change the title. It is 'more scary' that way...as compared to horror movies that use the typical titles...like "Cursed" or "The Ring". Ya know? Those titles mean nothing.

I think it's more of ol' Sammy recognizing how irresistibly corny the film is in every way, shape, and form. The title just seals the deal. If any of you are judging the movie in serious way, DON'T. It's supposed to be bad. Just look at the damn thing.

That being said, work has kept me from seeing it the past few days, so I'm hoping to catch it tomorrow.

^_^ Somebody got bit in the nads. Therefor, it is the best movie ever.

Personally, I think Samuel L. Jackson is a god for doing this movie. No other major actor would have.
