The bracelet-Final Fight w/ Cubia

I played thru the games again and when I beat Cubia the last time and watched the video when kite and Blackrose destroy the bracelet, I actually saw a bracelet and not just the data drainthing that pops out when he uses data drain. I saw a red outline of an actual ring-style bracelet around Kite's arm (like the guardian). Did anyone else notice that?

I dont have good equipment, so I couldnt take a picture, but if you look at the video on the desktop, you should see what I'm talking about.

Yeah, it blinked and made annoying pinging noises. It was like a warning this is going to break sort of thing.
