XP Question

I've ignored this for awhile since it's never really impacted my gaming. But is there a reason why Kite's XP Gained is lower than the rest of the party members? Is it my game? or is it just how it is?

XP is determined by character level in relation to monster level.

Kite is probably a few levels higher then his party members.

Except Balmung... unless you go to a high level area and purposely kill him, then take all the exp. for yourself. (inferiority complex to someone that doesn't exist, anyone? Hehehehe).

My Kite outleveled Balmung fairly quickly. I just didn't use him until about halfway through Outbreak. :p

His smugness, just bother's me, as well if you start a new game of Quarantine, he's still 5 (maybe 10) level's above you. (Smugness, what?)

That's me. I kill people who are stronger then me, then I lvl. Elk is stronger then me right now. I lost EXP while DDing. Takes too much time to gain the EXP to be stronger then him. I'll just wait until the next game where their are stronger enemies (since I am at the end of the game.). Then again it is Elk, my favorite. If it was someone like Piros I would level even if I could only get 1exp per fight and he was like 10 level stronger then me.
