what are the keywords to net slum, or when do i get them

There isn't any keywords to get directly to the Net Slums. You'll gain access to it in Mutation though.

In Mutation, you'll get keywords that serve as indirect access. You'll get the keywords that lead straight there in Outbreak.

Yeah, I think at the start of Outbreak you can go to Net Slum directly.

There is no other way. Given how the first one needs key Virus Cores, and the second one can only be accessed from Fort Ouph.

Actually the second one is in Carmina Gadelica as well, but you don't get it until Outbreak.
