I petition it remains open so that if anyone has anymore questions reguarding OAV/OVAs. As in how this process is agreed, why does it go straight to the DVD and not TV, why Liminatily was never aired, or anymore questions of that nature.

I also petition that you guys refrain from policing the board as a group, i.e. 1 of you says "this should be locked" and the next group of repliers echo the same thought.

Well, to reply to why it was never aired, that's simple. Liminality is broken into segments of 45 minutes apiece, so it doesn't really fit into the normal timeframe of TV blocks, plus there's only four episodes, so why bother? Especially since it was packaged with the games specifically for the marketing purposes of it, and showing it on TV would neutralize it. PLUS, not a darn person would understand without playing the games, so it'll only lose ratings, get bad reviews, and tick off fans who didn't appreciate the tease for not being able to play the games.
