Can somebody tell me who these character are Mia, Macha, Maha.

Really? You haven't even heard of Maha?

Anyways...
 Macha is just the English version's spelling of Maha. There is Maha the Cat from SIGN, Maha the Phase, and Mia. All three are really the same being, the sixth Phase.

Yes. Maha is the cat that talks to Tsukasa in the show.
