Does anyone know where i can see this without hunting down the DVDs? the sites link is rather broken

Sorry, but there's no other way to obtain it other than through the DVD's. I wouldn't worry about the last episode anyway seeing as the anime really wasn't a part of the overall .hack story line. And if you're just a fan of the show because you enjoy it, then buying the third DVD won't be so bad.

Yup yup! It's on the third DVD, which, is the final one.

And yea, that is Ep. 28 from //SIGN so I think that the "unaired ending" that others are reffering to might be something else.

But I wanted to see Ep. 28 anyways
