this thread is about stupid/crazy/idiotic but performable antics you could pull off in videogames, for example:
Darksouls: "Find the pixel"
stray too far in the abyss and have the bonfire become nothing but a speck, then try to find it(if you wanna get out then you should).

Re: Crazy videogame challenges
PFFT. My whole life.
No, really.
Given that i was introduced to gaming before i was even able to speak properly, my entire life has been surrounded by all kinds of videogames, and all kinds of things you could possibly do with them, from the most stupid tasks to the insanest challenges that you swear they were never meant to be accomplished. In fact, my self-given title, The Legendary and Mythical Fallen Angel Dark Paladin Knight, has been formed through gaming, each adjective corresponding to an insane challenge that proved to be much harder and complicated than all challenges before, and of which completion deserved to be eternally recognized (for me at least). And actually, such title is going through a promotion right now, after i finished MGS2 and MGS4 at 100% with all trophies, and with it, fully completing all MGS games releases so far (except AC!D...screw AC!D); i just can't find a proper adjective to add.
But to not turn this post into my autobiography, i'll just give out some examples of the stupid, crazy and idiotic challenges that i've done:
Stupid (mostly corresponding to challenges that give no gain whatsoever, are too difficult or annoying, and perhaps were done just for lulz)
-No Handgun/Knife-only challenges in RE games and some FPS games (let's admit it, they're not a test of skill...just a wonderfully annoying way to waste time as you do the same action 100000 times)
-Luring around 15 Jannissaries in AC2:R and defeating them all without counters (and wasting all medicines...though that one kinda required skill)
-All PSN trophies that involve doing the same task an extreme number of times, which you'll NEVER do normally (like 500 Pandora finishes in SFxT)
-Several optional boss battles in KH2FM, like the Organization XIII data, done with the Winnie the Pooh keyblade (same **** as every other battle...but doing like 5HP damage per combo)
-Defeating a lv100 Chaos with a lv1 Terra in Dissidia (Tornado x9999 times)
Crazy (the insanest challenges that could ever be possibly done)
-My whole title, which includes but is not limited to:
-Finishing IWBTG in Hard mode (possibly still the hardest videogame i've ever and will ever play)
-Finishing Devil May Cry 1, Devil May Cry 2, God of War 1 and God of War 2 in their respective hardest difficulties
-Defeating Father Rodin in Bayonetta
-Every luck-based challenge (because restarting a hour-long scene just because the game doesn't like you is just beyond ridiculous...even worse if there's another luck-based event immediatly afterwards and with no means to save your game in-between)
-Surviving the Solidus torture in Extreme mode in MGS2, PS2 version (ONE MINUTE, ONE FUCKING ENTIRE MINUTE OF SMASHING THAT DAMN BUTTON FASTER THAN YOUR FINGER COULD POSSIBLY EVER DO IT, SERIOUSLY KOJIMA WHAT IS FUCKING WRONG WITH YOUR FUCKING MIND...though to be fair he did fix it in the HD remakes, down to 20 seconds or so)
-Completing all VR Missions in MGS2 (just because there's like EIGHT FUCKING HUNDRED and several of the most difficult ones ARE luck-based...Kojima was angry when he made this game)
Idiotic (just challenges that makes you wonder why you ever did them, or maybe was too ignorant to realize what you were doing)
-Going solo against Vol. 1 Doppelganger in .Hack//GU
-Fighting against Doppelganger with the underground glitch
-Going off-bounds in the same game, moving away from the area for like 20 min, spin around for a bit and then trying to find your way back (similar to what you did)
-Going to areas with a level around 30+ higher than you, unprepared of course, in any .Hack PS2 game (i did plenty of stupid crap in those games. LOL)
-Playing Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly entirely
...Now that i realize it, most of what i said corresponds to newer games, maybe because those are the ones i remember the most right now. But well, show me any game that i've played since the SNES era, and i could tell you a challenge of each kind that i've done in such game :P lol

There is no use moving back, you can't trace back your path
