How? Check the skip mpeg hack in the emulation settings. It will work like normal after that:

That's nice but... they seriously let you have Balmung's PC with his wings fresh out of the gate? You'd think you'd have to earn them or something, if you could get them at all. :\

And everyone said it couldnt be done, I hope the patch gets finished 
I have no idea how to open the patch and translate (I could if I knew how). If there is some program that changed the dialogue of everything and so fourth (even if theres some coding), tell me (if its free) and ill probably get cracking on translating (i have nothing better to do). By me being able to play on an emulator (I just bought swap magic too it works on the ps2 90000 without any fliptop covers) shows that progress can be continued with even if you dont have a ps2 (or an imported one per-se), but thatd be illegal
