I once read here in the forum that Heavenly Weel is better then the lvl 3 arts of scithe ( I forgot the name), do the others weapons have such thing like the scithe?
I'm asking this because I saw a video of Master Zed that he only use Tiger Strike insted of the lvl 3 arts(I think its Armor Break).

Yeah, that's true. Most skills get sped up significantly during Beast Awakening, but level 3s don't (with the exception of Dust Bullet, which still misses twice as a result of its speeding up). Plus, some other skills are more powerful (like in the case of Heavenly Wheel vs Reaper's Dance).
