FFT ending debate

What do you think occur at the end of FFT? We know this Altima/Ultima explodes, and no one knows the whereabouts of Ramza, Alma, and anybody else with him in the final battle. It is inferred that they died in the explosion, they either live though it, but died later because they're stuck in hell, or they somehow got out. We know Oran got killed by the church due to the fact he told the truth.

Things that support Ramza, and Alma at least lived.
1. They are seen by Oran yet they don't speak. They could have been farther away due to the fact the fields in FFT, or rather small.
2. They can't be seen due to the fact that they are consider heretics so they lived privately.

Things that support that everyone died.
1. Oran might be seeing things.
2. Oran wonders if this stepfather is still alive.
3. Everyone considers them dead.
4. None of the special characters are seen assuming they were with Ramza doing the final better.
5. They got stuck in hell.
6. The blast could have killed them.

The ending isn't really ambiguous at all. There's no debate.

Still there are questions that remain. Did Ramza, and his party live? Why didn't Ovelia attempt to kill Delita much sooner?

No, not really. You just need to pay closer attention and not have your head in a hole.

Likely Ramza, and Alma are alive, but I'm not sure about the others.
