Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Perfection?)
It's rare seeing video games getting perfect scores on everything, and this case is no different. I was rather impressed, as well as shocked, by the critics this time around, as some gave this game a perfect score in almost every category. I played the original SMG and I had quite the time, but I never expected it to generate so much hype with the sequel. In fact, some call it, "flawless", "perfect", and "simply amazing". Some even say it's safe to say that this is the best reviewed Wii game ever. So, do you guys think these scores here reflect well on this exciting sequel, or do they fall a little short in the realistic range?

Re: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Perfection?)
I just recently read about it in Edge. They said similar things about it... however; 'One cannot judge one's own opinion by what someone else has told them'.
Put simply, it's not the best game evar unless everyone in the world - including myself - actually says so. And that opinion will no doubt change within a short space of time regardless of what we all say at the present moment.

No Nintendo game is better than Smash Bro's. It can be really fun and all, but smash bro's is just the top of the food chain. And I'm still surprised they haven't made another. They have monster hunter as an option now, which means more awesome.
Monster Hunter
Color 1: Male, Rathalos Armor (Red Version)
Color 2: Female, Kirin Armor
Color 3: Male, Fatalis X armor (with the wings)
Color 4: Female, Narga Cuga armor (with lowing red eye)
Smash Orb: Felyne comrades! Summons 3 cat warriors, 1 slasher, 1 smasher, and 1 bomber. Slasher does a bunch of damage, Smasher knocks people unconscious (they see stars), and Bomber... well that should be obvious.
Ground Moves:
B: Greatsword Swing (Chargable in MH)
Forward B: Bow (Chargable in MH, Pierce lv4)
Down B: Hunting Horn (increases movement speed for 1 minute)
Up B: Dual Sword Spin
A: Dual sword attack combo
Forward A: Longsword Slashes
Smash Forward A: Gunlance Wyvern's Fire
Down A: Kick (you'd laugh if you saw the MH kick)
Smash Down A: Hammer Spin (Chargable in MH) follow up by pressing A at the 4th spin to end with "The Golf Swing" sending foes flying upward!
Up A: Gunlance upswing (follow up with A to use gunlance shot up to 2 times)
Smash Up A: Light Bowgun (LBG) Pellet Shot lv2 (acts like a shotgun but so much more dangerous)
Arial Moves:
Down B: LBG Cluster Shot lv2
A: Lance Jab
Forward A: Sword and Shield attack combo
Down A: Shield bash (sends foes flying downward smashing into the ground)
Up A: Bow spread shot aimed upward (arrows go upward for a little then rain downward, low damage)
Grapple: Lay Pitfall Trap.

Stop derailing threads with your stupid bullsh!t.
The only flaw with SMG was the lack of Yoshi. This problem is now solved,so basically it's the best game ever.

If that's the case... then it needs to have Yoshi as the main character in order to be TBGE.AuraTwilight wrote:Stop derailing threads with your stupid bullsh!t.

That cover doesn't do justice to how happy and shiny that game was.

Re: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Perfection?)
Yoshi's Story was amazing. But being the SNES whore I am I liked Yoshi's Island better. :B
SMG2: Having more fun than I did with the first so far. But I will say I am getting sick of new powerups, sure Rock-Mario is cool but I just don't care for it or the cloud powerup really.
