Her name is in the game data at 004C48A8 in the executable alongside Kite, Balmung, and Orca. Those names are also joined by the words Miracle, Jackpot, "She", Bamyon!, Pulse, Netslum, Rebirth, and Purge. I don't know what that data's for, but that's very likely the source of the rumor.

I think it's been translated before too, i can't remember what it said but i recall it was just the obvious...that she was going to appear but because of time or whatever she wasn't in the final version of the game D:

From the little research i made in 5 minutes trying to find the original topic where that image was first posted, the image apparently comes from a Famitsu magazine.
