Ever heard of reusing voice actors?

Mona Marshall was the voice of Kite in .hack//, but also the voice of over 50 different other anime character roles. Just because they used the same voice actor of Wiseman of .hack// in .hack//GU doesn't necessarily mean they had to be the same person, it could of meant that actor had a contract with the same voice acting company or they liked his style that they wanted to use him in GU. But of course that answer ironically was for this purpose but doesn't disregard the above.
