Tales of Symphonia OVA --- Fan Sub Released! -- SPOILERS --

There are ONLY 4 Episodes as far as I know.

Episode 1 ((The Episode went up to only the  Chosen One and Exile of Iselia part according to the game))

What showed in the game:
 ---Lloyd was sleeping in the class, and went to the shrine with Genius and Colette together.
--- Colette claimed Remiel as her "father"
--- Lloyd introduces himself to Kratos
--- Lloyd and Genius met Marble and caused havocs in Iselia later.
--- Marble sacrifices herself for both and injures Forcystus
--- Lloyd and Genius are exiled from Iselia

What showed in the Anime that's different from the game:
 ---Lloyd isn't sleeping in the class.
---Colette wasn't escorted by Lloyd and Genius, instead Colette was there alone, and then Lloyd, Genius, and Refill (Raine) were later there together.
---Colette doesn't ask Remiel if he was her father.
---Lloyd and Genius didn't encounter Marble.
---Lloyd severely wounds Forcystus with the help of his mother's Ex-Sphere
---Lloyd and Genius aren't exiled, instead they leave with their own will.

Even though its a OVA I think it looks intresting, I also heard some of the other Tales series will have OVAs except for Eternia because it had a anime series.

I'm just worried over how much they'll have to butcher the storyline if they could only fit this much in a single OVA. I mean, they're probably gonna go to the Tower of Salvation segment and just do like one Seal or something, or do a montage.

I actually ended up watching the raw first before it was subbed, I wanted to see it that much XD
surprisingly i understood a lot too

but yeah, 4 eps to do such an epic game :/
and the first one only covers the first tiny bit of the game too

but i'm glad it's not like phantasia, where it starts near the end of the game, as i'd just prefer a good start, middle and end
but with so little eps i don't know how it'l work out D:

It is to expect that they are removing parts of Temples' scenes. 2nd Episode will probably go directly to Tower of Salvation and Sheena's intro. Right after that, 3rd Episode will take it to Renegades and as far as I know, they are also removing a lot of Grand Cardinal scenes.

And my expectation is that I am sure they won't bring up the ending of the ToS.

I was expecting the part with Genis and the old lady but,anyway its confirmed a sequel to the Tales of Symphonia game series is coming to the Wii.

i agree w/ you guys. id on'y know how they can fit like 20 hours of story into 4 measely episodes. hey maybe they are going to release more. maybe these 4 episodes are ones in sylvarant then some more for tethella.
