Regarding Guild Levels in Volume 3

Just curious, is it necesary to obtain every single weapon/armor/accesory/item in order to reach level nine?

Or am I alright missing about 10 things or so?

I apologise for this second post, but in the Ryu Book 1, do arena battles count towards completion?

I think that would count towards the arena Ryu book, not Ryu book 1.
