A Thought (Spoiler)

A random thought I just got, while discussing the .hack//ZERO novel with my brother just now (he's at this moment looking for something in Legend of the Twilight volume 3 as his refrence)

We know the Azure's can't talk, but we here AFK say "Data Drain" at the end of his wedding video. Perhaps its a homage (and nothing more than that) to the "GU" comics from the Legend of the Twilight volumes, put in to bring to a close what Piroshi started there? Those are the last words Balmung hears, followed by the "The End (GU)" frame

The Azure's can talk. Or rather they can say skill names. Balmung and Orca do it in the Sirus fight (both versions) and in a clip i've seen of Vol.3 Balmung does it again.

Yeah the way they talk is pretty cool! They can say whatever they want, and no one but them could understand it. kite could be looking at Pai, and really be saying.. something like WOW she is H-O-T Hot! or something. see what I mean? my theory is that that is their moaning and groaning is there own language that they use to communicate to each other. What do you guys think?

aparat from the whole pai thing i agree with you since they cant feel

unless Asure kite finds a aure blackrose and starst something dogy there.
but its a possiblity it could be a lingo but then again they might comunicate some other ways?

They can act as one unit,and share the exact same goals,as well as asses the situations exactly the same,so they don't need to talk between each other.
And if they did,it would be via A.I. message sharing(

) or text messages.
Chances are that they are partially connected as well,and are thusly(Until "evolution") all the same general mind,except a few traits between them.

ah, didnt notice that in Volume 3, just assumed that only the copy versions would say their skill names.

anyway, Aura made them as substitutes for herself to take care of the AIDA, and I think, had she had the chance to finish them, they probably would have been given intelligence and communication skills to interact with players. they dont really need to talk amongst themselves, but they would probably be more effective if they were able to blend into the populace, communicate with the people, and find out where they were reporting AIDA symptoms (because just the 3 of them cant be everywhere at once)
