How do I put stuff on a PSP? :(

Post by Vahn Staffear »

Well it's not my PSP but I need to know how to put photos and music and stuff on my brothers PSP. We already have a memory stick and we have a USB cable as well but we dont know where to to go once we connect the USB cable.

If you can give easy directions or toturals that would be fine :)

you sure can! I've put many short clips on my PSP... come to think of it I only tried once to put a DVD on there, but it was taking too long to rip the DVD to my harddrive first. then I went back to college (that was during spring break) and I didn't try again since then. I should have a go at it since i'm out for the summer now.

you have like an 8gig memory card for your psp? O_o
seeing as dvd's are at least 4.2gigs or whatever, but then again, you'd loose all the size because of the psp's resolution being a lot smaller, of course. but then it wouldnt be a dvd or dvd quality :(

i'm guessing you'd need to convert most videos to something the psp likes before you put it on the psp and i'm sure theres a millions programs that will do that for you too :P

you can convert any video to anything
a bit of googling will tell you the format needed for the psp and then you can use a video converter to convert it to that, but you tend to need to register the good ones, generally meaning paying for a serial.

then again, like i said, aren're there freepsp video converters out there that will do it for you?
