For dual guns, u can only use the guns normally, but u can move while shooting. The blades are only active when u cast JUSTICE, a 13-hit combo attack.

The guns don't have a skill level,and they never change except in terms of weapon,just so you know.

And yes,you can still use the other weapons.
The trailer shows Haseo using various weapons,then switching to duel guns,so that alone should tell you.

no, he means that the dual guns skill level are kinda like at level 0 and can't get any experience to raise it, so your skills never change for dual guns. there are however different dual guns you can get in the game (one is in the forest of pain)

The only way to make that class better is with better guns,and higher character stats.

Actually there is a skill level. It['s a level 3 art. Once you learn a level 3 art, you don't learn any more for the class. Each weapon level decreases the amount of SP for that art, meaning that Justice takes up less SP.

Dude, your meter does not come maxed. Maybe it does if all of your other weapon levels are maxed, but that'd be a waste of time.

You're talking about on the Status screen, right? Because there IS a meter and you do RAISE your dual gunner weapon level.

His guns handle almost any situation but sometimes, it's just easier to crack the shield with your Broadsword.

I think that there are 4 total. One from Doppel, the ones you start with, and, tw others from the  Forest of Pain.
