TMNT Movie

Post by bigjoecool »

Anybody seen it?

I just saw it last night since I was such a huge turtle fan as a kid. I was really surprised that it was better than I expected. Just don't understand how April O'Neil  could've trained so hard that she can take out multiple foot ninjas with ease. I also wish they didn't make my favorite turtle (Donatello) even more feminine. Oh well, the movie kicked ass.

I saw it. And I've never seen more 35 year old men and 5 year olds in the same area before.

Saw it. It blew totally donkey ballz. The best part was when me and my buddy were talking about the Yahwist. Which had nothing to do with the movie whatsoever >_>

My friends are going nuts to see it. I was afraid of the TMNT when I was little, and even now I'm not so fond of them, so I probably won't. Now, if they made a Sonic the Hedgehog movie...

I didn't have very high expectations either. But I ended up liking it. The sound cut off for like 2 minutes too so everyone got free movie passes. the only thing I didn't like was that the humans looked like they were from the incredibles and the first monster they fought looked like the star of monsters inc. Patrick Stewart did a great job as Mr. Winters though, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer made a good April O'Neil.

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?

TMNT would be the only ninja's I ever liked, and that's only because they mostly sat around eating pizza.

See, if ninja's were like that, more people would like them.

You mean the first movie? That didn't go too well with the parents as I remember. The cursing always seemed rather forced in that movie anyway for example Raph screaming DAMN!!!! after Casey leaves. They cut out the swearing in later movies. Not that it would have helped. The 2nd movie was terrible in a good way, but the third just made no sense at all.

is Damn a curse word? Damn, I guess I curse too much then. The only time I remember the Turtles using REAL curse words was in the old comic books. If your talking about the old movies, the new one is definitely more badass (maybe less fun to watch than the original movie).
