No, Ovan's grunty didnt have the luck, but that's what i'm talking about. Ovan's lock could be considered as a hacked item, since its not supposed to exist, that's why the grunty data couldnt copy it. But with Zelkova, Mellow Grunty has the same horns, so it means that the horns are something that exist as a normal thing in the game, but only a few people can have them (like i said, it could be some prize for having Moon Tree that big)

dont some regular PC's have horns too?

Zelkova's horns are different to 1/2's horns (and to any other normal PC who has horns). All the character's horns look like small triangles (think of Lucy from Elfen Lied), while Zelkova's have the shape of real horns.

What i'm trying to say is, Zelkova is not really a hacker, and is just a normal character who has passed through alot. The game just makes you believe it is. Also, we dont know if Zelkova will keep having perfect stats once he's in your team.

Vol. 3 will solve all the questions for us, anyways

I hope hes just a regular player. Having Helba in ur pty at the end of quarantine was just so cheap

if he has max stats while in your party....then its just not gonna be worth having him there...seeing as hes gonna pwn everythign...
