I'm worried that the problems in Syria might involve us in another war. Might make gas go up even higher.
Paying for gas once I go to college is going to be a pain.
Well I'm sure you guys saw the rent is too damn high party thing. Well please support the gas is too damn high party.
Hello I'm Zaseo Shouxiao, and I'm representing the Gas Is Too Damn High Party. People are working 8 hours a day 40 hours some a third job. People can't afford to go places with family. My main job is to provide affordable gas so that you're have extra money left in your pocket. This is politics as usually playing the silly game. It shall not happen. The Gas Is Too High Party is here to represent people who can't afford gas. They can't afford to fill up their tank. Look someone's engine is on empty can you see it? You got to look at the gas gauge like me. Lets talk about the issue because the gas is too damn high!
M y neighborhood was mafia oriented for quite a while, Irish and Italian mainly, so there's not too much problem with getting people together, its just that a lot of people are moving into our neighborhoods from downtown Detroit and they aren't really integrating with the rest of the community. Hell, someone tried to siphon my gas a few weeks ago and when they failed they got pissed, dented the side of my truck, and scarred my paint with a knife or something.
The Syria stuff is already affecting our gas prices.
As far as gas gauges go, mine's broken. I've learned to count the miles and its 100x more accurate that way. I've learned what my miles per gallon is, how many miles I can go on however many gallons, and I know when someone's siphoned me because my car starts to act up before the mile count I had is up.

What do you mean shutdown? I never saw or heard it being mentioned in the news.
I've also been confused about that too. Wheneevr I log into AOL there are news reports about it, but haven't seen anything anywhere else. Not really sure what's going on with it...but then again politics bore me so I never read the whole article.
The Media is Liberally controlled. Of course you wouldn't see anything in the "actual" news (Fox, CNN, ABC etc.) The Government wants to keep it under wraps so that there isn't a panic. But then again there already is a panic... but they don't want the public to revolt so there going to keep most everything on the down-low.

Tolby, how did you get my picture?

Nah but seriously I am a conspiricy theorist and what I said is true.

The government doesn't have care for us. Democrats, and Republicans are two opposites sides of the same coin. Both act as they oppose each other, but they really help each other out. In reality there could probably be an easy way to solve the gas problem, but they don't want to let the general public know. We could just go all hybrid, but the elite gas companies won't let that happen.

Hybrids just don't work as well as they're made out to be. And although you are right about the government, its not about the Republicans and Democrats, its wether you are Conservative or Liberal. Personally, I'm a Conservative Small Government Yay!!

Most filipino's dont even get bothered by stuff like this, we have a natural trait called "bahala na" which means so be it(not to be confused with hakuna matata) we just hope for the best and it usually does happen, cheer up guys always look on the bright side of life.
It is easy to not care when you aren't directly affected and being given money for gas. For a lot of people getting by pay check to pay check, the huge jump in gas prices hurts because employers don't - for the majority - give cost of life raises in the United States. Just one of many things that's wrong with our job industry.

Dont worry you guys survived the great depression and you probably have a good chance for a better future.
Woot a month late reply. That comes off really condescending. I can't really take your opinion with stride on the account that this absolutely doesn't affect you, since you're being helped out by your parents. This is probably comes with age and experience, but you can't really understand how hard this affects individuals and families until you're fending for yourself.

Gas fell a little, but I see it rising again after awhile. I won't be doing much driving once I'm off to college.

It's 9.24 pesos here for Magna, and 10.24 pesos for Premium D:
Nosrsly, and there was an increase on its price just yesterday (though by 0.08 cents or so). I just happened to read an article about it a few hours ago...and then happened to see this topic. lolz
