Well, you do remember the facts about Cubia right?

Cubia:

Morganna could anticipate human behavior and plan ahead. One example of this was Cubia, a monster designed to balance the game against hackers and edited character data.
Cubia was meant to seek out malicious players with illegal abilities like the Braclet and Data Drain, then deleting their PC files. Until Kite recieved the "Book of Twilight" and the Braclet, no players fitting this description had appeared, so Cubia had not been seen.Once the Braclet became active, Cubia sought Kite whenever he came in contact with Aura, because it believed Kite was a threat to the system, to which Aura belonged. Cubia did not attempt to attack Aura or the malfunctioning Morganna because it saw both Morganna and Aura as parts of the game world.
Cubia disappeared when Kite destroyed the Bracelet because the danger to the system was removed and its job was done. Cubia remains in the system, however, and should something new appear that threatens game balance it will launch again. Cubia copied Kite's character data everytime it was launched and was able to keep pace with Kite's increasing powers.

So Cubia is more than just the Twilight Bracelet's Anti-Existence, he was still in the game far after the Twilight. The Bracelet being destroyed simply caused him to lose the body it created from the remnants of Skeith, he still omnipresently existed.

I believe that it's Cubia, but I'm a bit curious as to why you have to fight it.

It was already proven by people to be false. The Liminality Easter Eggs are noncanon information written by a bunch of people before the games were even released.

That doesn't give me any proof. I'm going with the info I got off the freakin .hack DVD, you don't have to believe it if you don't want to. And if destroying the Braclet destroyed Cubia, than there is no way that the thing in the trailor is Cubia since, as you said, Cubia was destroyed...

If Morganna didn't create Cubia, Cubia would not exist in the first place.

The difference isn't very large since it's still hosted by wikipedia and is still just a bunch of people's opinions and thoughts of what they think is true.
