Maybe, just maybe, Cubia is inside Ovan's arm, as most people has said in this whole topic. And you obviously have to fight him in order to defeat AIDA and save The World.

I hope not since that would be pretty cheesy.

Think about it, after how long was Cubia in Ovan's arm? And NOW it wants to come out?

If Cubia's indeed the avatar's anti-existance, then its power depends of the avatars. So, maybe he was just waiting until all avatars awakened or something, to finally show himself.

Kind of like how the first Cubia was born after Skeith was Data Drained. Cubia probably needs enough power before it can be born, Yata seems to awaken in Volume 3 before Cubia's appearance.

There's something bugging me. An anti-existence of an Avatar seems like a paradox

How can there be an anti-existence of the Avatars?

The basis that Harold used when creating The Wave in his rendition of the epitaph of twilight was to be as accurate to emma's story as he possibly could to find an ending to it.

If the fact is that a "shadow" would be an anti-existence, then how can the Avatars have one. They have been referred as the shadowless ones. To go even further that would mean that they were the exact opposite of the twilight. which should have been nothingness.

The opposite of nothing is everything. To simplify the opposite of a blank would be something that fills in the void, which ties closer to creation that anything i can think of.

In lies the paradox, if the anti-existence of nothingness is creation, then that contradicts the very definition of creation. An anti-existence, which is something that destroys.

This in lies a new question, why do we define Cubia as an anti-existence? Jun based all of his findings off of the data that he collected from reviewing the twilight incident right? If that were the case everything that he's written about the past events of twilight incidents are just off of objective speculation.

Labeling Cubia and it's purpose as an "anti-existence" doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The reason why Cubia exists is to act as something to keep the balance of power relatively stable right? A Light needs a shadow to be a light right? If you look at it in a reality sense of view, "how do our eyes work?" All our eyes do is see different colors on whatever the light hits, however if there were no darkness, something to shade down on the objects, we would only see a bright white color. It's like the sun, when we look at it, it's a blinding white light (please if there are any stupid people out there do not actually do this), but the sun itself isn't white, it's a spectrum of many different colors.

The term anti-existence would be something that apposes everything that exists, but the fact remains that Cubia doesn't seem like a threat to the very existence of the bracelet of the world for that matter. Cubia seems to act more as a balancer right?

Harald didnt create the phases though. Morganna did, in order to stop Aura's growth. Harald was only the start, but Morganna did the entire Twilight Incident.
And about how there can be an Avatar's Anti-Existence, its because humans actually re-created the avatars (they took the data and attached them to specific PCs). And Jun stated that, while they were doing that, he feared an anti-existance could appear because of all they were doing. That's why his intention was to stop it.
I think that's better explained by watching the Terminal Disk rather than reading just a fragment of it.

Let me rephrase what i said on my last post. The basis that harold used when creating Fragment in his renditions of the epitaph of twilight was to be as accurate to emma's story as he possibly could to find an ending to it?

Wouldn't everything that existed in the world including morgana become subjected to follow this storyline. I mean when "Morganna gone mad," she didn't delete the data that dealt with the epitaph of twilight right? Only here maternal data for the child AURA right?

She DIDNT delete her maternal data, and she still fulfilled her purposes as a mother of Aura, that's something she couldnt control. What she was doing was using something/someone to stop Aura from growing; first it was Tsukasa, then Skeith. What she did with the epitaph data was only creating the phases as a defense system (actually, Morganna WAS the phases, so she only divided herself and put a shape to each part). Then, yeah, it went just as the epitaph told. But the phases, later re-created as avatars, arent the shadowless ones, they are the Cursed Wave. And the anti-existance was created after humans started modifying the wave itself, in this case, trying to put the phases forcefully in the system to re-create the Ultimate AI. By adding them in a means out of the system, the anti-existance was created.

This will be easier to understand if you separate the events in The World R:1 and in R:2.

The Avatars are a power that shouldn't exist, so Za Warudo has an allergic reaction in the form of an Anti-Existence.
The basis that Harold used when creating The Wave in his rendition of the epitaph of twilight was to be as accurate to emma's story as he possibly could to find an ending to it.
Yes, but where in the Epitaph do the Phases of the Wave live in human bodies? That's the issue.
If the fact is that a "shadow" would be an anti-existence, then how can the Avatars have one. They have been referred as the shadowless ones. To go even further that would mean that they were the exact opposite of the twilight. which should have been nothingness.
No, the sprites they've been attacking are the Shadowless ones. The Shadowless ones being the Vagrant AI's.
he opposite of nothing is everything. To simplify the opposite of a blank would be something that fills in the void, which ties closer to creation that anything i can think of.

You're taking things way too f*cking literally.
This in lies a new question, why do we define Cubia as an anti-existence? Jun based all of his findings off of the data that he collected from reviewing the twilight incident right? If that were the case everything that he's written about the past events of twilight incidents are just off of objective speculation.
Aura also classified Cubia as an Anti-Existence, and to question her is like...the stupidest thing ever.

Dude, waaaay too literal. Cubia is an Anti-Existence to fulfill the Tao notion of balancing out something that's WAY too powerful. The light and darkness thing was just a metaphor. Strong darkness would cast a "light" Anti-Existence.
The term anti-existence would be something that apposes everything that exists, but the fact remains that Cubia doesn't seem like a threat to the very existence of the bracelet of the world for that matter. Cubia seems to act more as a balancer right?
Yes. Anti-Existences are born to oppose powers of The World that get in the hands of humans, like the Bracelet and the Avatars.
Wouldn't everything that existed in the world including morgana become subjected to follow this storyline. I mean when "Morganna gone mad," she didn't delete the data that dealt with the epitaph of twilight right? Only here maternal data for the child AURA right?
Morganna didn't delete anything. She was never supposed to be an AI in the first place, but became self aware after reading the data funneling into Aura.

The Epitaph is the basis of The World, but it's not some all-powerful prophecy everything has to follow. It was just a model. A model that's broken several times. The Anti-Existence business has nothing to do with the Epitaph, except for Cubia being a reference for the Hidden One.

cubia should be as powerful as all the avatars combined becuz he is their anti-exsistence...if he was just as powerful as one...then haseo should not of had a problem defeating ovant he first time around...
