skip a game?

Post by >Kai< »

Well i just finished mutation and it seems outbreak is very hard to find here in the uk with even used copies being sold on ebay for £39+, however quarantine seems to be quite cheap but i was wondering, what level would i start at without a data flag from outbreak?

thnx in advance.

Somewhere between level 65 and 70. That's where I was at the end of Outbreak/beginning of Quarantine.

Thats not what he means... If you just started at outbreak you start at level 60 and if you start at Mutation your 40 I think.

hmmm i suppose starting quarantine without a data flag would make it alot harder and i'd be missing member addresses from part 3 , unless people like sora are default, i dont mind not having marlo, gardenia, rachel etc etc.

I say don't skip Outbreak, keep looking and if you have to, order it online. BUT if Quarantine is available, get it now while it lasts. Just wait till afterwards to play it.

isn't it in outbreak that you get alot of weapons from .hack//sign characters. I think its only avialable inoutbreak so i say keep lookin for it dude. by the way its super easy to get where i live, theres like stacks of left over .hack games up here and there like $10 each! Wow pennsylvania has a low fan base for .hack from what i see around here.

Lucky, here in Fl it took nearly 2 months to get the entire series---going between 5 stores....

As far as member adresses, I beieve you can still get them all w/o a data flag.
As far as weapons, I believe they are only made available in outbreak, but can be completed in quarantine.

You would be missing part of the story and it may cause confusion for skipping outbreak (kinda like skipping chapters 20-30 in a book).

I bought Outbreak (£35.99) and Quarantine (£17.99) together on eBay a few weeks back. I only got around to starting Outbreak a few hours ago, and I'm glad to say it's well worth the money - Best in the series so far by a mile. =D

Personally, I liked Outbreak as much as Quarantine, but the entire series is well worth it IMO. I just wish I could bring my PS2 to work and play it when I have 15 min. between starting movies.
