Really... so you're a 3D modeler eh? Maya is a hell of a lot easier for that kind of stuff anyway, I use Lightwave 3D (and am finally done with my government project, hence why I'm back).

I would be interested in seeing some of your other stuff... I'm still browsing so hey, it may be over in the fan art section. Maybe you and I could get into a little contest 8)

Hmm... what do you do for the USA?
The only government thing I've ever been part of is when I decided to take a Canadian Military training course for 2 weeks on my... summer vacation... oh well even though I'm now on "the list" it was worth the money.
As for 3D modeling, I actually do more AutoCad work then anything else for my father, who's an architect/structural engineer/building inspector. He makes complex designs and I just to estimation and render photos of what the finished house(or $30'000'000 apartment building :D) will look like.
I love useing MAYA7... but I never have the time to do alot with it besides some little projects.
I'm a cheapass with modeling... NURBS and textures ripped fom Source games FTW :D
When I get a copy of Unreal Engine 3.5, I'm thinking of makeing some epic mod for UT2007.
MAYA7 Pro works just fime foe me... but it does crash a little when I go overboard with realtime physics and do not set the collision channels correctly.
Maya PLE SUX!11
I'll post some of my creations later, KTNXBYE

Sorry, I can't tell you outside of "VR training simulations" but eh, oh well. My computer can usually handle most of the upper level physics of modeling, just rendering still takes forever... which is normally why I use F-Prime and just take it out frame by frame when I don't need to use hypervoxels.

VR for the military, well... how good do you have the graphics in those sims now? The only military training sim I've ever been in was about as real as... UT2007 :
Well... that's no big secret, unless you're working for the... naa... you would never be allowed to even communicate with the outside world then...

Anything involving makeing The Matrix real yet? XD

Well... back to Maya...

Hypervoxels smoke = very damn good smoke.
