I'm in Reincarnated Purgatorial Altar, ive reached to bottom floor, and im in some weird veiny looking place. Theirs no way out, their is no bosses, or enemies, and i can't use a sprite oncarina.

it sounds like your talking about cubia you have to walk along the vines until you start to fight gormas
