Clearing the Harald dungeon?

Yeah, but I got unlucky one time and got databugs from every portal on the 'break' floors.

Ah yes, Armor Generals. They seem to be common on the floors even WITH data bugs, so use that to your advantage. Kill them all first. Problem is, they are strong and can KO you quite fast, and they don't have a weakness cause they have no element. Therefore, your two best bets are to either beat it to death with the Sora Blades, or use Stuck?. Hopefully you haven't given that up already, because I prefer the latter and it's perfect for Elk here. If you have already given it to someone else... then bring that other Wavemaster. But if you give it to Elk, you can take them down easily without having to bring another Wavey.

after i lost to them once i gave elk alot of reserects so he brought me back to life until i killed them

I just had Helba bomb the armor generals while I took out the databugs.
