in outbreak

dek vorma does lower magicial defense and you can find them on professional data drain Time visitor-Sigma:Dying Greaving Battlefield
or i think you can buy it from the magic shop

Generally when I wanna use weakening magic, I just bring a load of scrolls.

Hehe, you're on Black Death in Outbreak aren't you? Just a guess.

Anyway, you could get the Professional, but it's much easier to go to the magic shop and buy Beast Banes. They ARE Dek Vorma in the form of a scroll.

Also, I don't know what exactly you need them for, but if you're on Black Death, be sure to buy around 10. They miss a lot and you'll probably need it at least twice.
