lv 99 armour for twin blade and wavemasters Q

Post by leiongod »

hi there i need some help finding lv 99 armour for my wavemasters and twin blades

here is the armour my wavemaster and twin blades have

twin blades
lv 98 fallen pope
lv 98 demon mail
lv 98 hades gloves
lv 98 ultra solleret

wavemaster
lv 97 golden crown
lv 97 shadow robes
lv 97 uber guard
lv 97 denial greaves

ok now ive looked for ages but i just cant find any lv 99 head, body armour, arms, and boots for wavemasters and twin blades :? :x

if anyone knows where i can get lv 99 equipment for the classes i mentioned can you tell me where to get em from please.

also somethinge else ive notices about the grunty races is um are you people sure you can only win 2 silver gruntys in the grunt races if you place second and only win 2 golden gruntys if you place first
cos i came 2nd 3 times in the omega server and got a silver grunty each time so yuh i won 3 silver gruntys in total so far :? has anyone else noticed this :?

All level 99 armor is heavy, and therefore cannot be worn by Wavemasters, Twin Blades, or Long Arms. Though the heavy armor sucks, it's still of pretty high level.

Seriously, the only thing heavy armor is good for is impressing your party members that can wear it and raising their affection.

And it's THREE Golden and Silver Grunties. I don't know where you heard it was two, but it's always been you can only win three of each.

How does it suck? The level 97 stuff is much better IMO, even than the level 98. Quality over quantity plays a huge role here.

I'm still owning everything up with 75~90 level equipment. Someone even has a level 20 on.

i said suck cos if there was lv 99 equipment for twin blades long arms wavemasters etc i would assume it would have higher stats cos as weve noticed the higher a lv equipment the better it is.

like for the demon mail it has like 6 def i mag atk and whatevr ele def and its other stats so if there was a lv 99 equipment i would assume and was hoping that it would you know do something similiar to what the lv 99 armour does on other classes like raise ya attck by 1 or 2 and def higher and giv ya more ele def etc etc.

so im assuming no such thing as lv 99 equipment exists for twin blades long arms and wavemasters am i correct

It does exist, but you can't wear it. But they are:

Usurper Helm
Omega Guard
Demon's Hands
Ultra Leg Mail

They all suck though anyway, despite being level 99. Lighter equipment have better magic skills always despite being a lower level. Heavy Equipment may have decent stats, but they have crap skills. That's why Wavemasters are always so good at magic not just with their wands, they're limited to the equipment with the best magic skills as well.
Also, I don't believe any of the medium nor heavy head armor has Rip Maen.

So I say stick to the level 97 stuff, not even the 98.

well personally i dont mind if higher lv equipment doesnt have as good spells as lower ones, cos this is my theory of battle, all classes except for wavemaster have a lame magic attack thus they dont need to worry about what spells they have cos they aint gonna ge casting that much magic, my battle strategies is to have me and my heavy blade or blae master rush in kick but hack and slash style and have the wavemaster preferably tsukasa or helba stand back and pummel at the them with with majic.

this strategy works good for me and i like it, thats why i dont bother me what skills i have or dont have.

also what is Rip Maen. or did you mean to say Rig Saem, anyway here is my skills for my equipment for my heavy and medium users.

HEAVY
Usurper Helm: Ol Repth, Rig Saem
Added Effect: No Damage
Omega Guard: Megan Rom, Rig Geam
Demon's Hands: MeAni Kruz, Ap Do
Ultra Leg Mail: MeAni Zot, Dek Vorma

MEDIUM
Fallen Pope: Pha Repth, Rig Geam
Added Effect: No Damage
Demon Mail: OrbiAni Don, Rig Geam
Hades Gloves: OrmeAni Kruz, GiVak Don
Ultra Solleret: OrmeAni Zot, Gigan Zot

so to me those abilities are fine with me and i can both regen majic health and have speed cast on me...so to me im not to fussed as long as i can do those skills. ^^

Rip Maen: Reviving Spell
As far as using Magic goes as other classes (Twin Blade, Long Arm, even Heavy Blade) I find some fights more difficult if they have no magic to fight with though that may just be me.
As you know Security,
Is Mortal's greatest enemy

yuh everyone fights differently, well to me i dont realy die that much and if i do i just get my wavemaster to revive me; see my point of view is simple 2 assailers and one majic as backup this way its easier for and sides as long as my blademasters and heavy blades etc have some good physical attack skills which they do, then thats all i need.

my philosphy is classes should stick to what their best at.
