Of course, like most I love RPGs. But a close second could be survival horror sort of games. I like most types of games really, some sports even. Though that's really just amefuto...

mine would have to be
the shooter because
i always have the best aim in
those games, and barely die..
and also barely lose my temper.

I think i like games like GTA San Andreas or stuff with really BIG worlds. Also MMORPGs and sometimes Action-Games.
But RPGs and stuff are favorites of mine, too(Tales of Synphonia,FF...)

I hope .hack//G.U. is also some good material

Iraq war? Are you sure it was Iraq and not just some other Middle-Eastern country?

Games where you hunt a terrorist at some point in the middle east that I can think of...

1. Kill.Switch
2. Full Spectrum Warrior
3. Rainbow Six
4. Shadow Ops: Red Mercury

If it was something with the name "Hunter" at the end, then it wouldn't have taken place in Iraq because there aren't any games like that. The only "hunter" game I can think of would be either Head Hunter: Bounty Hunter and Spy Hunter.

That's not it either. Those are good games but I remember Morgan Webb complaining that the Artifical Intelligence was unbelievably dumb. Also that the AI respawn from behind to quickly.

Remember, this thread is asking what genre you like besides RPGs of any kind. We can already assume that everyone here enjoys RPGs, so we don't need to say it. The "Other" option isn't for RPGs... It's for smaller genres that I left out.

only to find out we have to wait even longer for the next installment

FPS's are kinda fun (I just wish my PC could run Half-Life 2). I also vary between RTS and sims.
