Wavering

According to someone over at blackwings.net, Wavering was a rumor, that the Americans made up to explain things... Now since at least 2-3 min. of Liminality 3 and 4 are solely dedicated to talk about wavering, why would Americans, only make it up? As well, when I asked the person who had posted that, about their resources, they said come here so... Looking for any solution any one can give.

It's been a while since I last watched Liminality, but, if they (the characters in Liminality) mentioned "Wavering" themselves, it's a pretty safe bet that that info is correct.
