Still Possible?

Is it still possible to get the Cats Gear after beating outbreak?

yes it is... actually i find that its not very usefull during outbreak anyways and its much easier to get in quarantine. just look for the people...keep in mind, they could be in any server.

It's never too late to do anything, you can do anything you want after you beat a certain volume, WITH TWO EXCEPTIONS.

These are:

1. You must go to Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground in MUTATION to activate the Phantom even four times, after you beat Mutation it's too late. You also can only find the phantoms in Outbreak and not in Quarantine.

2. The event with Bear in the secret keyword only happens in Outbreak, it's too late once you've switched to Quarantine. You can still get the Maiden's Plot there, but not Bear's Sword.

Everything else can be done any time at any point... after it being activated of course.
