Easy, the manga hands down. I picked it cause its what actually continues the story, and i found the the whole Morti arc rather stupid and pointless, i managed to suffer through the last few epiodes and i never want to see past when they go to the haunted mansion again *Cause thats where both stories split" So, yep thats my piece.

The manga is better is every way to the anime. The only redeemable quality of the anime was the soundtrack. Everything else was either A) Complete garbage or B) A total rehash of the games to the point of being more retarded than my handicapped little brother.

Manga because the story was complete and not a flaming pile of bs, which is what the anime is.

The anime version of UdeDen made me very ashamed to like .hack. -_-

Yep. I just wish both of them were connected more. They both gave out tibets of information but I wanted more than that.

i haven't seen all the ep's of the anime and it did have it's moment's

BUT

it will never compare to the manga

!i mean zelfie was the best char. out of the lot of them! and not only did they not include her

but they also diverted the storyline horibly
