Phase 7

Can somebody please tell me what party I should use and what items should I have in my bag that would help me to beat the 7th phase.

I'm not sure about the party because I just use Blackrose and Bulmung, but since you're fighting phase 7 then I say carry a lot of healing items. Well I use lots of spells on him and skills to defeat it quickly so sorry if this doesn't really help. Be ready because I remember that it has a move that can kill you one hit KO or at least close.

I've never had a problem with him... just fight it like you would any other phase like Innis, Fidchell, etc. Note that every time you see the blood drip it switches tolerance from physical to magical and vice versa. So just keep hacking away at it with whatever's effective and it'll Protect Break in no time. Blackrose and Wiseman would be great (Balmung and Wiseman would have been better, but since you're forced to take Blackrose...)

The best party for me was wiseman and Blackrose I thought he was pretty easy

Yeah having a wavemaster really helps and I agree that it does seems pretty easy because I just use anyone in my party.

yeah, think about it, a wavemaster and BLackrose (or on the last battle, if you can tolerate him, piros... or Terajima) because with all of the power ups (books) and for using the best armor and weapons for yourself (you greedy jerk you) you should be fighting. and wavemasters will help with magic, with having the most sp and being able to have ....wands? they're really good to have. Also, do buy as many resurects and antidotes as you can. Buy a lot of elixers to. Trust me, it'll take a few tries.

i had Wisemen since he has magic and healing and more SP than my character. And i had Blackrose because she has a heavier attack.
